Find 2-Star Hotels in Penghu

This trip is for friends to book, mainly because the price is very very favorable, the geographical location is also in the city, there are food nearby, call to ask the female owner very kind to reply to the question, take the initiative to help, a great experience.

The hotel was marvellous, very friendly and informative staff, always happy to give great suggestions of places to eat and trips to go on. The room was luxurious and spacious with a very cool retro style. The bathroom was fabulous with a massive bathtub. The breakfast every morning was healthy and had a great variety each morning

The boss is very enthusiastic, the staff is enthusiastic and the service is very close to the beach. The environment is very good. I hurried over without making a guide. After staying for two days, the boss helped to book the ferry tickets, have a meal, and buy everything that the boss drove. Two volunteers are also very nice, one is from Germany and the other is local. All in all, it was a great experience. Once again, Frank's boss is really very enthusiastic.

The room and the overall environment are very warm and can feel the owner's intentions. Especially the dining atmosphere of the restaurant is very good, the location is great Cost-effective and very worth booking! !

The Cp value is high and the scenery is good. You can just walk around the beach at night. If it is a friend who is going to the Fireworks Festival, you can just see the beautiful fireworks show on the balcony!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Sun Palm B&B. Have written this review in English, but we communicated with them in Chinese. We stayed at this B&B during the tourism off-peak season (March). Service - Amazing. They were very responsive on Line, and quick to reply. They were also helpful with our requests/questions (e.g. fetching service to and fro airport, car rental service, traffic road conditions in Penghu) and were polite. They also gave some advice on what can or cannot be done (e.g. we wanted to cycle around Penghu, but they advised us saying Penghu was too big to travel on a bicycle). The driver was always punctual when picking us up, and when sending us to the airport. In fact, he was already there, with the car ready, minutes before we were supposed to leave for the airport - we didn't even need to remind them. The lady boss was very friendly - when we first arrived, she asked if we were new to Penghu (it was our first time), and she introduced where to explore in Penghu, and what to eat. She also told us that if we wanted to do water activities, we can approach them, and they can make a check with the centres to see if they are open since it was off-peak season for tourist activities. We also had some extra request regarding the check out timing, and she helped us with it too. Before we arrived, they also tested the car we wanted to rent, and upon finding out that it wasn't working as well, they provided us with another car instead - this is certainly good service. They also cleaned up the room upon request, and re-stocked the fridge with drinks. Food - The breakfast was amazing and fresh (see photos). On the first day we had bread + doughstick + egg with spring onion all in one package. It was delicious. On the second day, we had vermicelli and seafood (e.g. squid, prawns). The seafood was really fresh, and the broth was simple and tasty. Each dish was accompanied by fresh fruits / pastry + drink, which was refreshing. Room - We got the Starry Honeymoon Room. It was very spacious, the room was clean, the amenities were in good condition, and the overall design was aesthetically pleasing. The heart pillow on the bed was a cute addition, and the round bed was big enough for 2 of us. Above the bed there was a window covered with a retractable screen - you can actually look into the sky while lying on the bed, really interesting.  Location - While this B&B is further away from the main city, we didn't feel that affected as they provided airport transfer services. Also, we felt that it being away from the hustle and bustle from the city was actually advantageous, as the B&B's location had a more relaxed, quiet, holiday vibes, which was what we were looking for.  There is a 7-11 around 10 minutes from the B&B, so if you need food etc in the middle of the night, you can get it from there. We rented a car, so travelling to other areas wasn't much of an issue. Overall, I will recommend this B&B to anyone looking to tour Penghu! Am glad to have chosen this B&B for our first ever trip to Penghu :)

The bus stop is just nearby, so you can take the bus from and to the airport. The room is spacious enough. The hotel is nearby shops, the boat docking, and cafes. Its quite a strategic location to enjoy your Penghu visit.

The environment is very clean and comfortable, there is no noise nearby, the management is very friendly, the accommodation is close to the city, the bed in the room is moderately soft and hard, the shower head in the bathroom is a bit difficult to control because the water jet is too strong, but the rest of the experience is good

The location is in the city center. It is very convenient for shopping and close to the port. The overall room facilities are very good and clean. It is very convenient to live in a backpacker room with bathroom facilities. This is my favorite point. The service staff is okay. Due to lack of manpower, their faces are a bit smelly and they talk very fast, but the service is good and it's hard work. I will choose this place next time I go to Penghu!

It is a homestay that is more on the ground. Although there will be some differences between the decoration facilities and some new homestays in the later period, it is not bad if it is simply based on the price and location, and it will not be too far from the city. If you don't care about the gorgeous decoration, you can consider a homestay.
