"My stay at Shenli Hotel was pretty mediocre and completely fell short of expectations. Besides the good location, everything else was a letdown. Firstly, the most unbearable thing was the terrible soundproofing. Footsteps in the corridor were clearly audible, and staff knocking on nearby doors and talking loudly in the evenings and mornings could be heard distinctly. I couldn't get any proper sleep at night, failing to meet even basic rest needs. Secondly, the hotel's breakfast experience was awful. There were very few options, just the same few dishes recycled, and they didn't even taste good. The food quality was also very average. We paid money but didn't enjoy a single pleasant meal; we only went for breakfast once during our two-day stay. Finally, the front desk's service attitude and problem-solving ability were also disappointing. Due to a last-minute schedule change, I requested a late checkout of about an hour. The front desk simply informed me that it couldn't be accommodated, emphasizing that they needed to ask a manager, and offered no alternative solutions. Their attitude throughout was ambiguous, showing absolutely no regard for the customer, and they never followed up on whether the request was actually made.
