"Our stay was fantastic! Special thanks to Ms. Zhan at the front desk for her thoughtful service and help during check-in. She upgraded our room when possible and gave us recommendations for evening activities. What really stood out was when she offered us two warm, yes, warm walnut cookies – they were so comforting and delicious, like coming home, especially since we were a bit hungry! We extended our stay for another night, and Ms. Jia at the front desk was equally warm and attentive. The entire hotel, from its facilities to its soft services, feels grand and well-designed. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner buffets offer a wide variety of choices. I also appreciate their strong commitment to environmental protection, with trash cans that have ditched plastic bags – excellent!"

The lobby gift shop, second-floor dining hall with its 18 deluxe lake-view private rooms, and a grand banquet hall provide guests with a range of dining options.A hanging garden on the fifth floor includes a multifunctional meeting hall and VIP reception rooms. Various recreational facilities are situated on the tenth floor including gym and sauna room.
"The room was clean and tidy. It was about 1.3 km to Shuitingmen Historical District (just walk along the river). The sunset at Shuitingmen was beautiful (Pictures 8 and 9). There were snacks in the room (Pictures 3 and 4). From 9 to 11 pm, there were warm suppers on the 10th floor (noodles, rice noodles, dumplings and some side dishes. Picture 5 was 2 servings of dumplings). The breakfast was quite rich (Pictures 6 and 7) and was just a small part of it."

"A bit far from the city center, but I heard it'll be quite convenient once the new high-speed rail station opens. It's right next to a very modern stadium. The hotel is huge and very new; you could almost get lost just trying to find breakfast. Breakfast is mainly Chinese, and it's quite diverse. Room service charges a 15% service fee. What's interesting is that desserts require a minimum order of two of the same item. If you're staying alone, you're stuck with two servings of dessert soup, but at least it tasted pretty good. The facilities are quite new, though the Dyson hairdryer had some dust build-up, and the sheets were a bit dirty. Everything else was good, though."

The location is excellent, just next to the Nanzong Confucius Temple, and it is easy to walk to the bottom of the Ma Station, Shuitingmen Old Street Beimen Street and other places. Close to Mituo Temple, the atmosphere is peaceful and quiet. 2. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding and home have a sense of design, and the details are very good. 3. The front desk, restaurant, cleaning linen staff are very kind and feel very warm. Overall, the price is full! Without the fancy extravagance and waste, everything is precisely grasped for quality and comfort."

"The room environment was acceptable, but it had many drawbacks. First, the windows didn't close properly, and the music from across the street was extremely loud and noisy. Second, the laundry room on the third floor only had two washing machines, and there were many tour groups there, resulting in very long queues. Furthermore, the hotel didn't have air conditioning on the third floor, making it very hot and crowded, leading to a terrible experience. Fourth, the internet connection was poor and frequently dropped."

"The hotel is nice, with separate wet and dry areas and a small balcony. The front desk gave us a free upgrade, and Cheng Cheng was very responsive. The welcome fruit was freshly washed and very good; the coffee was low-sugar, very healthy. There were also plenty of souvenirs. I didn't have to go out and buy them myself, hahaha. They can even be shipped home, which is great. It's very close to the airport, but it's very noisy. It started to be noisy from the moment I checked in yesterday afternoon. The air conditioner also kept turning itself on every few seconds, whirring for only a dozen seconds before stopping. This cycle repeated repeatedly. Overall, the stay was good, except for the noise, but there's nothing I can do about it, hahaha."

"I stayed at this hotel to watch Deng Ziqi's concert. It is very close to the high-speed rail station and within a 10-minute walk. In addition, Wanda is also within a 10-minute walk and has a lot of food, drink and entertainment. Because many customers came to watch the concert, the hotel also provided a free bus shuttle to the concert venue. It was very considerate to track whether they got on the shuttle bus throughout the whole process. Check-in was very fast, and we also gave souvenirs such as snacks and drinks. The room was very clean and it was very convenient to have a projection screen TV. Although it was close to the high-speed rail station, there was no noise in the room. Overall, it was a great stay experience. Next I will choose this hotel again."

GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean and the room was very nice. I stayed with my children for two nights and it was not noisy at night. It is very convenient to take a taxi to Shuitingmen and the bus station. The breakfast was not bad and I took pictures. I also bought their coffee, which was delicious, including a thick milk latte. When you get tired of playing, there is a footbath club next door. If I have the opportunity to go to Quzhou, I will still choose your home. The service attitude is very good. Thank you for taking care of me this time.

GGuest UserOverall, this Atour Hotel is in the upper-middle tier. The breakfast was quite satisfying and memorable, and the rooms were fairly spacious. I checked in on a Monday night, and there were plenty of parking spaces. They also offer late-night congee. I stayed here after visiting Mount Sanqing, and then explored Quzhou the next day before heading back to Shanghai.

There is a shopping mall across the street, and Mazhandi is one street away. Unfortunately, I didn't pay attention to the tourist bus information displayed in the lobby on the first day. You can go to Kaihua for 20/person. I missed it a lot. Friends in need should remember to pay more attention.
