"Location: The hotel is right next to Chaka Salt Lake, about a 5-minute drive, which is super convenient for getting around. Facilities: The overall decor and facilities are new. The family room even has a slide and trampoline for kids, plus plenty of space for them to play. They even thoughtfully placed a Strawberry Bear on the bed! Cleanliness: It was very clean. Honestly, I usually have doubts about hotel hygiene, but they provided disposable toilet seat covers, towels, and bath towels, which put me completely at ease. The hotel also offered complimentary fruit and yogurt upon check-in, and water and juice when we checked out."

"The price/performance ratio is high. I booked a special room, which was very good. It is very good in the Chaka Salt Lake area. It is about 7-8 minutes drive from the Chaka Scenic Area. There are many restaurants around, and it is very lively at night."

It even snowed on the mountains last night, and the view from our room was stunning. "The rooms are very clean; it's considered a top-tier, high-end hotel in Chaka. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, and the rooms are upscale, spacious, and feature a dry/wet separation in the bathroom. The breakfast is also very rich, and it's not far from Chaka Salt Lake. There's even a night market right downstairs from the hotel. This high-value, high-end hotel is definitely worth recommending."

"I was on a business trip to Ulan and stayed at the newly opened Vienna Hotel. Overall, it was a very good experience. First of all, being a new hotel, the facilities and overall appearance were very comfortable. The room was also very clean, well-laid out, spacious, and well-soundproofed, especially quiet at night. The receptionist was very welcoming; when I called to request something, it was quickly delivered by a robot – excellent efficiency! There's a vending machine on the first floor where you can scan a code in your room and order directly, with the robot delivering the items. "The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Sky No. 1 Scenic Area and only a 12km drive from the Sky Mirror Scenic Area. The large parking lot at the scenic area makes parking very convenient. The front desk staff, especially the charming young lady, were exceptionally warm, attentive, and accommodating. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with complimentary fruit and unlimited entry tickets to the scenic area. The rooms are very spacious with excellent facilities, offering a panoramic view of the salt lake scenic area right outside the window. They were clean, tidy, and had comfortable bedding. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, an excellent hotel that's definitely worth a stay."

"This hotel has the best service during this trip. Because I like the scenery facing the snow-capped mountains, the hotel also upgraded it to a family suite. When I opened the curtains, I could see the snow-capped mountains in the distance. Whether it is room facilities or cleanliness, it is the most cost-effective!
