The view from the 6th floor is fantastic, you can see Chaka Salt Lake. The backyard parking lot is huge and has slow chargers. The room is spacious, and the hot water pressure is great, making for a very comfortable shower. The breakfast spread is extensive, with freshly cooked tangyuan (glutinous rice balls) and rice noodles. We went to Chaka Salt Lake early in the morning and made use of the late check-out until 2 PM. Upon check-out, we even received a small gift – a salt-carved bear.

The breakfast selection was quite diverse, with options like steamed buns and fried dough sticks. The hotel facilities were comprehensive, and the laundry room was very convenient to use. The front desk service was exceptionally attentive. On the second day, we even received a small snow leopard souvenir! It was absolutely fantastic.

Choosing this hotel for our drive to Chaka was such a smart decision! It's less than a 10-minute drive from the scenic area, and parking is incredibly convenient, even offering charging stations, which is a huge plus for electric car owners like us. This hotel is one of the best in town, and the facilities are very well-maintained. The in-room oxygen supply and adjustable air conditioning were lifesavers – we slept perfectly on the plateau without feeling stuffy. It even snowed on the mountains last night, and the view from our room was stunning. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation with anti-slip mats, showing excellent attention to detail! The breakfast selection was extensive. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Chaka!

After visiting the Salt Lake, my pants were covered in salt, and the hotel staff kindly took them to be washed and delivered them back to my room, which was a really thoughtful touch. I slept soundly until morning. When I woke up, I saw a thick blanket of snow outside and even got to play in the courtyard for a while. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. Overall, it offers great value for money, and the environment is quiet and peaceful. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it to any friends traveling here – it's well worth a stay!

This hotel is a great value for money! The cleanliness is impeccable; the room is spotless, and they provide a full set of disposable toiletries, so you don't need to bring anything extra. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise – not only do they have a buffet, but they also serve addictively delicious local beef noodles. The overall value for money is outstanding. We arrived at Chaka Salt Lake on the first day of our trip to Qinghai. I looked at many hotels online and saw that their reviews were very high, so I placed an order directly. The front desk was very enthusiastic, the room was clean and hygienic, but I forgot to take a photo of the room and uploaded it. The breakfast was very rich and had everything. The children were very happy eating it. This hotel is worth recommending and I give it a five-star rating!

The location is super close to Chaka Salt Lake. The young lady was very welcoming; I asked her to show us the rooms first, and she patiently guided us. I saw the rooms were really nice and clean, so we decided to stay. The price was excellent, and I was so happy with the environment – clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was also very good, and every staff member was enthusiastic. They refilled the breakfast promptly; it was delicious and very convenient. If you're visiting Chaka Salt Lake, definitely stay here – the price is just right. It was also a very comfortable stay, and the food was good too. I didn't take any photos of the hotel, but the environment is exactly as they advertised.

As someone from the south, I was thrilled to finally eat something beyond just ramen, beef, and lamb. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay!

The shower was broken, the sink was leaking and there was water on the floor all the time. However, both could be used. Downstairs there’s a restaurant and it was very noisy, but got quieter after at 10 pm. WiFi connection was good. A great advantage of this hotel is the location right next to the lake which is very convenient. Therefore, it’s a good option for a one night stay.
