"Passing through Yiyang, I stayed one night at the Sheraton. I really liked the hotel's decor, and I was very satisfied with the facilities, cleanliness, and overall environment. The service was exceptionally thoughtful and warm; the front desk staff were very enthusiastic, helping with the elevator, carrying luggage, and sending check-in reminders. As we were walking by, my companion casually mentioned needing two bottles of water, and the front desk heard it and immediately brought them over – truly attentive service! I especially recommend the food at the hotel's restaurant; the ingredients are fresh, and there are local specialties. The set meals offer great value for money and taste delicious. Breakfast was incredibly abundant! The restaurant staff were very diligent, clearing tables promptly and keeping everything clean and tidy. A perfect 100% check-in experience!"

There is no smell in the door, the whole house is cleaned spotlessly, the mattress is moderately hard and soft, and the quality of sleep is very good. The check-in speed at the front desk is fast and the response is timely. The downstairs restaurant is super complete, convenient to travel, and the price-performance ceiling at the same price has been recommended to friends.  The service details are full, the cleaning aunt is gentle and actively provides drinking water. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the water pressure is stable, and the air conditioning and cooling are very fast. I don't know if it is the design reason. The most uncomfortable thing is that when booking, check out until 2 o'clock, but when you check in, you must check out before 1 o'clock. How can the platform choice not be allowed or invisible? Don't open it if you can't do it, okay?"

"I can only say that maybe my expectations were too high, and Yiyang was the best recommended by Ctrip. The external environment is poorly maintained! I stayed in the internal room for many days. I took the initiative to ask not to change the bed linen, but the room was not cleaned (the tissue box on the washstand was open, but the tissue was not put in; the trash bag in the room trash can was changed, but the empty bottles next to it were not taken away; the disposable slippers were not put in until they were asked for every day...) Of course, not all cleaning staff are so sloppy. Later, there was an aunt whose work ID card I took a special photo of. She was quick and talkative, and corrected the previous shortcomings! Regarding breakfast, I first give a thumbs up to the guy who checked in on the first day. The child was 12 years old, but he was tall. He still took the initiative to adjust it to half price. A few dozen yuan was a small matter. The warm-hearted move added points to the initial impression! In addition, the aunt who cooked noodles was always busy but smiled and was friendly, which made people not annoyed even if they were queuing! Speaking of the service staff at the door of the restaurant, their professionalism and adaptability need to be improved! In and out of the hotel, from the security guard at the entrance to the staff who looked like managers walking around in the lobby, no one took the initiative to say hello, they all passed by with expressionless faces! I have said too much, and finally I will silently add another star to encourage you. I hope you will get better and better!"

"Two men were traveling across provinces on business. The front desk service was excellent, and they upgraded our room for free to a spacious double room (1.5 meters wide) with exquisite decor! We two grown men slept quite comfortably. Honestly, coming from Heilongjiang to Hunan, the front desk said they've been open for over ten years, making them an old hotel, but we felt it was excellent value for money. In a small city like Yiyang, this is very impressive. Five stars to encourage the young lady's task [facepalm]."
