"I was very pleasantly surprised and can highly recommend this hotel! The location is perfect, as the city tram stops right outside, and you can reach any destination from the hotel in no time. The hotel staff is amazing and incredibly understanding and empathetic, making you feel completely at ease. For that, they deserve a huge thank you and heartfelt praise from me 🙏🏻. I'm usually incredibly picky and generally avoid all people and staff, but in this hotel, you feel genuine warmth, and even more rare is the personality that radiates and is represented there. You can simply be yourself, and that's enough... because you can just be a normal person. Thank you so much, you guys are fantastic, and I'm celebrating you!"

"We stayed during extremely hot weather (40 degrees C) and the hotel was beautifully air conditioned. All the communal areas are clean and tidy and the hotel has a very welcoming atmosphere. The room was large with a small sofa area as well as a chair. The bathroom fittings appeared new and there wad a large walk in shower. Tea & coffee facilities were provided in the room along with a complimentary bottle of water. The bed was very comfortable with lovely pillows. There were usb charging points alongside the usual electric sockets. We had a problem with our shower not draining properly and it was rectified immediately. We didn't choose to eat the hotel breakfast, there were bakeries close by in the train station."

I arrived after 22:00 when the reception was already closed, but the self check-in process was very smooth and easy to use. Everything worked perfectly and I had no issues accessing my room. The location is convenient, especially for travelers. Overall, a great option for a short and comfortable stay in Mannheim."

"Excellent place for travelers staying overnight but need to ketch an early train next morning. The management of this place is smooth and efficient. "second time been to this hotel. the hotel is clean, the shower room is really good, there is also a fridge which is really nice, the view and location is also good, but the quilt is a bit thin, it's a little cold during night. overall, good, i will choose again."
