"Excellent place for travelers staying overnight but need to ketch an early train next morning. The management of this place is smooth and efficient. I will stay again there if I need to stop over Mannheim for a night. The location provides fast access to all sight seeing sides. Amazingly you do not hear the trains despite you can watch them"

"Everything was great; I really enjoyed it. The hotel staff and the reception staff are very friendly. I stay there every night, but at night, there's a man with a hat at the reception. He wears regular clothes and isn't very friendly. Instead of saying goodnight, he gives you a stern look. He acts like you're entering a nightclub. If you ask a question, he gives a rude answer. I didn't like that at all."
