"For the record, I did not stay at the property. I was booked to stay for a tour of the castles. However, I was made redundant 1 month before the trip. I contacted the property asking to cancel the booking and a refund if they managed to rebook the rooms (as I booked on a no cancellation booking). They replied to say they would not, and would I no longer be attending? I appreciate it was not their fault, but if they could have rebooked the rooms, and not been out of pocket, was it too much to ask for a refund, with 1 months notice? Times are hard enough without people profiteering out of other’s misfortune."

"The hotel wasn't really clean and we were supposed to have breakfast at 7am and then there was no one there. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone because it is, in a word, absolutely bad and there was dust everywhere and it felt like the air conditioning wasn't working. It was very hot. It was, in a word, bad."

"We stayed in a premium room. We checked in at midnight and it was easy to check in. Moreover, we liked the room and specially the snacks for Radisson members. The breakfast was excellent, the omelette was prepared at the request. Moreover, receptionist Mina was kind in accommodating our little requests. Thanks to all staff. We will definitely stay again."
