"The hotel is quite close to the train station, about a five-minute walk. It offers good value for money, featuring a small garden with lots of flowers. While it's a bit of a distance to the Palais des Papes and Pont Saint-Bénézet, it's still walkable, taking about 15 minutes, with many restaurants along the way. The hotel service was decent, including luggage storage. However, they initially only provided two bottles of water for three people, and I had to ask for an extra one. The room itself was spacious and clean, but the air conditioning was a major drawback. Despite trying to figure out the controls for a long time, the temperature wouldn't drop. In the middle of the night, I had no choice but to open the double-glazed windows facing the street, which then brought in noise and raised security concerns. I considered contacting the front desk, but decided against it since I was only staying for one night."

After the elevator arrived, there was still half a floor left to carry luggage. The hotel parking spaces were at the back entrance of the hotel, so if you were driving, you needed to locate the back entrance of the hotel in advance."

"Hotel is OK for one night stay. The room is a little small. There is a small swimming pool. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel connecting to the city of Avignon. The price is a bit high, but this is the Avignon Festival time so I can understand."
