Jean-Luc is the most welcoming host. He allowed us to check-in early and had the aircon in our room already turned on to cool it down. The quad room itself is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is filling with cheeses, cold-cuts and pastries (and an order to finish everything!!). Jean-Luc also gave us very helpful restaurant recommendations (Le 46 in particular).
There's very little to criticize about this hotel. The rooms are quite spacious, good quality, and clean. The hotel's amenities are excellent: fitness center, kitchen, games room, cinema, office space, and more! The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, as are the other guests. The tram, just 5 minutes away, is very convenient as it provides direct access to Avignon city center. The shopping center is a 10-minute walk away. The only slight drawback I can find with this hotel is its location. While it certainly has advantages with the tram and the shopping center, the surrounding neighborhoods don't inspire confidence, especially in the evening when some rather shady characters can be found loitering near the buildings. However, the hotel remains safe; there's no risk of theft or assault while you're there, so no worries!
The hotel is located in the old city, so you need to find a place to park by yourself. But the good thing is that we can easily find a location nearby every time. The hotel rooms were renovated from old houses, and the bathrooms are slightly smaller, but they are nothing compared to the charm of the old city. Sufficient for bathing use. The room has thoughtfully added heating equipment at different locations, so there is no need to worry about getting cold when traveling in winter. There is also a family-style breakfast, which is elegant and delicious. The boss is very interesting and will introduce the hotel and nearby restaurants in an interesting way. Enthusiastic and full of French humor, he is a very good person. It is usually very close to the nearby church market or the Papal Palace. We drove to Arles and Stone Town, also within an hour. It is recommended to experience the style of the medieval ancient city.

Very Good
Great value for the price. Rooms are good , slightly old but clean. Walls are very thin , just be aware . Still had a great night of sleep. Breakfast is good but very basic , don’t expect luxury . Agains still you get what you pay for. The people super nice , great service , it makes the stay 5 stars .
We chose this hotel because it was halfway through the trip we were making. The hotel needs a renovation but it was clean and the beds were super comfortable. It also had a pool and, what we liked most, that it allowed pets :)
Located in a good location with free parking fee. We took a bus to the city centre as I am not familiar with driving in the city. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful.
Ideally located in the very heart of the city, just a 10-minute walk from the train station. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom featured a walk-in shower. Having a separate toilet was a big plus. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The only downside was the soundproofing.
