"This is our first stop in Berastagi. Hotel is old, room is also old and there are ants around. It is normal for hotels in Berastagi to not have aircon due to the weather and we are so grateful that the hotel does provide a fan. Even though Berastagi's weather is cooling, we still need the fan for a good air circulation, so we are happy that the hotel does provide the standing fan on our request. We had dinner in the restaurant in the hotel and we were greeted by a friendly cat. We are cat lovers so we really enjoy her companion. Food is decent. Overall our 1 day stay in Sibayak is pleasant because of the customer service. Just hope they can consider to renovate the hotel and make it new, especially the bathroom."
