"The location is excellent, surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, and public transportation, all within a few minutes’ walking distance. However, the room did not meet expectations. Although I booked an Executive Wide Single Room (double bed), both the room and bathroom were quite small. The bed was also too small for a couple, making the stay less comfortable. During the winter season, the hotel operates on heating mode only, so the air conditioning cannot be used for cooling. While a fan is provided, it may not be sufficient for guests who prefer cooler room temperatures. The hotel offers basement parking for 2000 yen for a two-night stay, which allows unlimited entry and exit. However, guests must present the parking ticket at the reception each time they return for validation. Unfortunately, the service from the night shift receptionist was unsatisfactory. Each time we handed over our parking ticket, we had to explain about the parking arrangement, while we observed that another local family was able to proceed without any questions. This inconsistency in service made us feel uncomfortable and somewhat unfairly treated."

"I stayed for one night and two days for a fan meeting. They provided excellent service by holding my luggage before check-in and even delivering it to my room upon check-in. The room was old, and there was some dirt on the walls and doors. The walls seemed thin, and I could hear the noise from the next room. The air conditioner only had low or high settings, and there was no humidifier or air purifier, so my throat got very dry. The bed was hard, and I didn't sleep very well. There are convenience stores near the station, but not near the hotel. The best thing about this hotel was being able to see Mt. Fuji in the morning."

"I have to give this place a shout-out! The hotel location is super convenient, right next to the subway station. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly thoughtful. The breakfast had a great variety, and the value for money is really high. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town. Highly recommended!"

"The main reason I chose this place was the price. Staying three nights over Chinese New Year for under 1000 yen total is incredible value for money. However, Hachioji is really far from central Tokyo. If you plan on going to the city center daily, I'd highly recommend getting a JR Pass and reserving seats on the limited express Chuo Line for specific times each day, otherwise you'll be standing for almost an hour during the morning and evening rush hours. As for the hotel itself, it's a standard business hotel – no frills, no extensive facilities or services. It's less than a ten-minute walk from the South Exit of Hachioji Station. Hachioji is a well-developed satellite city, so you won't have any trouble finding places to eat and drink around the JR station. It's a very convenient and comfortable option if you're planning to visit nearby Mount Takao."

Great value for money. Highly recommend!"

"Thank you for your assistance. I made a reservation because there was a live performance nearby. The location is fine, unless you're a man. There's a convenience store nearby, and the free breakfast of that quality is amazing. Thank you very much."

"I made a same-day online reservation and stayed on Saturday night. It was enough for me to stay the night, so I looked for a cheap place to stay. Other than the smell of cigarettes (it was a smoking room, it was within acceptable range), I was satisfied. There was an electric kettle, but the water didn't boil... I should have asked how to use it. Although it's near the station, it's a short walk away so I didn't have to worry about outside noise. I would like to use the hotel again if I have a chance to come to Tokyo."
