"There's a multi-story car park right next to the hotel entrance, but the front desk asked us to park elsewhere initially. It wasn't until a local guest spoke to the staff that they finally directed us to the paid multi-story parking. We weren't even allowed to stop briefly at the entrance. The next day, when we checked out, I saw the entrance was full of cars."

"Facilities: The hotel is decent, with a large room, a very spacious balcony, and a huge tatami mat, which is great for families. However, it's not directly on the beachfront; 80% of the sea view is blocked by the BW hotel because this one is across the road from it. The breakfast is very rich and good. Cleanliness: Very good. Environment: The seaside environment is nice, but the hotel itself is quite small and doesn't offer many family-friendly activities worth mentioning. Service: No matter how many days you stay, they only provide 2 bottles of mineral water on the first day. They don't replenish it when the room is serviced later, which I really don't understand."

"The room was comfortable, and having a washing machine in the room was very convenient, plus there's a public dryer available. There's a supermarket and convenience store nearby. The hotel offers paid parking on-site and a free parking lot a bit further away. The bathroom has a bathtub, and breakfast is provided. The lobby also offers complimentary toiletries, one set per guest, for self-service. The only downsides are that the entryway/foyer is a bit small, making it easy for slippers to get caught on the door when opening/closing it. Also, there isn't enough storage space in the bathroom."

"Hotel Route Inn Nago was a pleasant surprise! The service was fantastic, really attentive and friendly. While the room wasn’t very big, it was clean and had all the necessary amenities. One of the highlights was the hot spring bath—it was super relaxing and a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. The included breakfast buffet had a wide variety to choose from. Overall, it was a nice stay, and I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and cozy spot in Nago!"

"The hotel was very easy to locate, right off the main road, yet not noisy. The staff gave us a warm welcome and was very friendly and helpful. They are English speaking too. Room was spacious in Japanese standards. Very comfortable for 2 of us. Beds and beddings were clean and comfortable, we had very good sleep. Lots of amenities for you to pick at each floor lobby. And they have free washer and dryer on the 3rd floor too. Great for travellers staying longer. There are many restaurants and convenience stores all with minutes of driving in the vicinity. This is definitely a great place to stay."

"This was our 3rd stay here since the pandemic and it remains the one and only Best Western we ever visit. The hotel consistently offers fantastic value for money, spacious and clean rooms, and an incredible beach view. What really made this trip stand out, though, was the exceptional service from front desk staff Yuki. When we ran into an issue right after check-in, he resolved it instantly. Later on, we encountered a stressful situation locally, Yuki really stepped up to help us handle it. He went completely above and beyond his duties to ensure our holiday wasn’t ruined. It is staff members like Yuki who keep us returning every year. Highly recommended!"

"My first time in Nago, I took a bus from Naha Airport Station and got off at Nago City Hall stop. After crossing the small alleyway past the city hall, I turned south and walked for about eight or nine minutes to reach the hotel. Check-in at the hotel started at 3 PM. The check-in form was pre-printed; I just signed it and that was it. The room was very clean and spacious, with a balcony facing Nago Harbor overlooking the sea. The hotel was fully equipped with a large refrigerator, washing machine, TV, induction cooker, and exhaust fan. It also provided cooking utensils such as a frying pan, bowls, chopsticks, knives, and dish soap, making it very convenient to buy groceries and cook my own meals. There were two FamilyMart supermarkets next to the hotel, and a shop called ”Eighteen Streets” on the shopping street that sold various cheap boxed lunches every morning. Further south, there was an indoor market. The only downside was the lack of large shopping malls nearby."

"Fully self-service check-in, you will receive an email from the hotel a few days before your stay to tell you about the self-service check-in procedure. The check in steps are quite simple and easy to get started. This is an apartment converted into a rental room, which contains the decoration and furnishings of the usual rental property. This room is colder than a typical hotel, probably by the door facing the hallway, semi-open air. Very clean, double room $600 under quite a bargain, free parking downstairs."

"The room was super small, and the pillows were rock hard. I had to go downstairs to get a softer pillow, which is a definite star deduction. To make matters worse, the room had a strange odor, another star gone. However, the service staff clearly tried their best to accommodate guests, offering free Blue Seal ice cream (extra scoops for only 50 yen!) and a generous selection of amenities. Plus, there's a Lawson convenience store just a minute's walk away, which is pretty convenient."
