"My stay at Super Hotel Okinawa Nago was incredibly relaxing. The hotel environment was clean and comfortable, and they provided a full range of amenities. The large public bath was a great way to unwind and get rid of fatigue. The location is convenient to Nago city, making it easy to find good food in the evenings. The staff were friendly and patient, always willing to help with any questions. Breakfast was free and offered a wide variety of choices. For the price, the value for money is excellent. I would definitely want to stay here again on my next trip to Okinawa."

"Was impressed by the excellent service provided by Kim at the front desk, she handled our check-in efficiently. The rest of the team were also warm and friendly, and spoke fluent English. Something interesting was a self-serve room where you can get extra amenities like face wash and bar soaps, and also try different types of Okinawan brown sugar. There were lots of board games available so families would probably appreciate that. We truly enjoyed the view from our room as it had a good angle of the sea even though the hotel isn’t located at the beach. The room was huge and even had a freezer and an oven. For longer stays or if you’re visiting the beach often, the washer dryer would come in handy as well. The hotel had two restaurants for breakfast and although the variety was great, with a good mix of local and international cuisine, the quality could be improved. We had lunch on our first day and regretted our decision. Location-wise, the hotel would be better for those who intend to drive as it was quite a walk to the nearest bus stop, and the shuttle bus service was infrequent so we ended up not using it at all. "The hotel was quite comfortable. The actual room was pretty much like the photos. Hot spring: It was relaxing, but a bit dated. The bottom of the pool had some rust. Room: Comfortable enough, and it had a washing machine, though there was a time limit – no use after 10 PM. Food: Didn't get a chance to try it. Price: HKD 520 on Friday. Parking: 1000 yen (with unlimited in/out privileges). Location: Very good. Staff: The customer service was great. I checked in at 8 PM that day and they were patient and helpful with my questions, no bad attitudes at all."

"Great location almost close to most of the places of interest eateries and shopping areas. Hotel staff was helpful assisting tower car parking and pick up. Hotel room very well equipped with all essential Power Point for chargers. Spacious and comfortable bathroom."

"Hotel Route Inn Nago was a pleasant surprise! The service was fantastic, really attentive and friendly. While the room wasn’t very big, it was clean and had all the necessary amenities. One of the highlights was the hot spring bath—it was super relaxing and a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. The included breakfast buffet had a wide variety to choose from. Overall, it was a nice stay, and I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and cozy spot in Nago!"

"There are AEON and Donki shopping malls within a 5-10 minute drive. The staff are very friendly, there are plenty of parking spaces, the rooms are large and have two separate wet and dry bathrooms, a kitchenette with a microwave and an IH stove at the entrance, and a large balcony. We booked a four-person room, but two of us had to make beds and sleep on tatami mats. Overall, the stay was quite good."

"My first time in Nago, I took a bus from Naha Airport Station and got off at Nago City Hall stop. After crossing the small alleyway past the city hall, I turned south and walked for about eight or nine minutes to reach the hotel. Check-in at the hotel started at 3 PM. The check-in form was pre-printed; I just signed it and that was it. The room was very clean and spacious, with a balcony facing Nago Harbor overlooking the sea. The hotel was fully equipped with a large refrigerator, washing machine, TV, induction cooker, and exhaust fan. It also provided cooking utensils such as a frying pan, bowls, chopsticks, knives, and dish soap, making it very convenient to buy groceries and cook my own meals. There were two FamilyMart supermarkets next to the hotel, and a shop called ”Eighteen Streets” on the shopping street that sold various cheap boxed lunches every morning. Further south, there was an indoor market. The only downside was the lack of large shopping malls nearby."

"The room was very clean, bright, and spacious. Coffee, tea, and other drinks were available for free all day in several spots. The public area above the main building also had billiards, darts, and board games. Dinner was a buffet, and there was Okinawan live music, Ago pork shabu-shabu, and really good ice cream. In the evening, you could also go to the outdoor lounge area to sit, drink beer, and chat, and they even provided fireworks to play with. When you're tired, you can go back to your room and have a jacuzzi bath; bath salts are available at the lobby. It was a very comfortable day."

"This was our 3rd stay here since the pandemic and it remains the one and only Best Western we ever visit. The hotel consistently offers fantastic value for money, spacious and clean rooms, and an incredible beach view. What really made this trip stand out, though, was the exceptional service from front desk staff Yuki. When we ran into an issue right after check-in, he resolved it instantly. Later on, we encountered a stressful situation locally, Yuki really stepped up to help us handle it. He went completely above and beyond his duties to ensure our holiday wasn’t ruined. It is staff members like Yuki who keep us returning every year. Highly recommended!"

"Almost self-catering accommodation. There's a large cemetery next door; I didn't pay attention to the comments when booking. The room was fully equipped, including a gas stove and frying pan. There was a washing machine in the room; closing the partition door reduced the noise considerably. There was a coin-operated 100 yen dryer downstairs. There was also a clothesline on the balcony. I was satisfied with the facilities, but dissatisfied because: 1. The air conditioning automatically turned off between 3:30 AM and 4:30 AM for two consecutive nights. Even when it turned on, it would only run briefly before stopping. 😠 2. The TV automatically turned on at 6:30 AM for two consecutive nights. I don't speak Japanese; could you please check if the previous guest set the automatic on/off function with the remote?"
