GGuest UserReview of Onna Resort, Okinawa About me: I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Onna Resort for a relaxing group trip. ⸻ 👍 What I liked: • Spacious resort– Very roomy and comfortable, easily fits 7–8 people. Perfect for families or groups of friends. • Clean and well-maintained – The entire resort was spotless and felt well cared for. • View exactly as shown in photos – Stunning ocean view that matches the listing. Great for enjoying sunrise and sunset. • Beach nearby – A beach is within walking distance. While it may not be the best in Okinawa, it’s still nice for a stroll or quick swim. • Washer and dryer setup – Includes both a washer-dryer combo and a separate dryer, which is especially handy for drying towels and clothes after swimming. • Well-equipped kitchen – Good selection of cookware and appliances for preparing meals. • Private and quiet surroundings – Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests. ⸻ 👎 What could be improved: • Inconsistent check-in information – The email offered early check-in, and a staff member via video call said I could check in at 2pm. But when I arrived, another staff said it was 3pm. This communication gap should be addressed. • Missing basic items – No cups or glasses were provided, obviously an oversight by the cleaning staff. • Limited towel supply – Towels are provided strictly based on headcount. Given the proximity to the beach, it would be more convenient to offer a few extra towels without needing to ask. • Limited Coffee Supply - The resort provides coffee bags based on headcount as well, which was insufficient for guests who consume two or three cups daily. A more generous and considerate coffee supply would enhance the experience. • Insufficient tableware – Only two large plates were provided. It would be more practical to include additional small dishes, rice bowls, and condiment plates (e.g. for soy sauce or wasabi), especially for guests who plan to cook. • Lack of basic cooking ingredients – It would be helpful if staple items like cooking oil, salt, and pepper were provided to make meal preparation more convenient. • No power outlets near beds – Most sockets were located low on the wall and away from sleeping areas, making it inconvenient to charge phones or devices overnight. • Weak Wi-Fi signal in places – Internet connection was spotty in some areas of the villa, although it offers several wifi spots within the resort, but still weak

GGuest UserThis is a fantastic property for families. It is truly an all inclusive resort with fantastic rooms, food options, facilities and in room amenities. The Suite Grande room was a great choice with a washer dryer, plenty of space and plenty of streaming options included in the nice Sony Bravia TV with soundbar (e.g. Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, Ameba etc.). On site breakfast was also great with two options - both showcasing Okinawa delicacies with great quality. The on site shop also sells almost every major Okinawan specialty along with convenience store necessities.

GGuest UserThe room is very nice, the view is very nice, and I feel very good when I stay here. The hotel is very considerate and gives small New Year gifts during the holidays. The dishes in the restaurant are also very delicious. The waiter will remind you if you order too much and can't finish it.

谷藤努It was a very good facility♪ The whole family was satisfied, except for one thing: there was something like an empty disposable contact lens container in front of the mirror in the bathroom, probably from a customer who had stayed there the night before, and my family criticized it, which was a minus point. But next time I'd like to come back and play golf at a more leisurely pace.

GGuest UserIf you have a car, it's the perfect location for travelling around, shopping and eating out. It's also very convenient to restaurants, convenience stores and Pineapple Park on foot. The fridge is two doors, and there's a stove, washer/dryer, iron and vacuum cleaner. We stayed for four nights and it felt like home. There was no noise and we woke up early in the morning to the birds singing, so we had a wonderful time. The price was also reasonable and we were satisfied with our stay as a couple. We'd definitely like to stay here again next time.

GGuest UserAt night, I drove to the headquarters for one night. I chose it because I could check in before 12 o'clock. There is a parking lot for 700yen one night next to it. Hotel facilities are not new, the floor aisle has a smell, but the room and toilet are not. The room type is large, the water is hot enough, the air-conditioning is strong, the bed is big but soft.

JJenny.liu2025/4/13 Twin Room 306 and 307 The parking lot on the first floor is large (semi-indoor and outdoor) There is a large washing machine and dryer in the public space on the first floor Self check-in There is a note on the English name of the room at the door. Use the password to open the automatic door on the first floor and the mailbox at the entrance. Then get the magnetic buckle and key for your room and take the elevator upstairs. The suite is really great. It has a dressing mirror and a shoe cabinet. Great slippers are provided. The kitchen has an open flame gas stove and oven, and the cabinets have a full range of tableware! Spoons/pans/soup pots/bowls, plates and cups are all available! That’s really thoughtful! There are also large trash cans, microwaves and large refrigerators for those who cook for themselves! It’s really great! A 10-minute drive to downtown Nago, where there is a large supermarket (open until 11pm) There is a 7-Eleven right at the intersection of the hotel, very convenient! There is a washing machine in the bathroom. Towels, bath towels, laundry detergent, washbasin, shower gel, shampoo and hair dryer are all ready. Other supplies can be picked up on the 1st floor! The twin room is a room type with one large and one small, and there is a small desk and two chairs, which is really comfortable! The bed and pillows are just the right amount of softness and hardness, and the landlord's thoughtfulness can be seen everywhere! It has a Nordic design feel! There's even a vacuum cleaner inside the closet! The balcony is spacious! Clotheslines/clothes hangers/towel racks/clothes racks are all available! Churaumi Aquarium is not far away! The nearby tombs are not noticeable unless you look carefully, but they are quite spectacular and a local feature of Okinawa. If you visit the museum, you will know that it is a very positive teaching material! !

Tthat DamianSolid hotel in Nago, close to the city centre! Ideal after a cycling trip and to explore Nago area; it's near the Nago mountain, and close to the beaches nearby, as well as many restaurants! Had a great time here. The hotel room had a bath, which I enjoyed after a full day of walking, swimming, and cycling! I added some pictures of the cycling, the waterfall nearby, the road nearby, and the view at the coast which is a couple hundred meters away! The Nago mountain is also at walkable distance!
