I am pleased to mention that the people who work in the hotel are warm, friendly and one feels in a hospitable environment; I think that is the best feature of the place. The only thing that I see as negative is the mention in the hotel regulations where they prohibit introducing food and drinks in the recreation areas; which is disappointing. Apart from that, it is a good option to spend time with the family and get to know this wonderful city."

"At our check-in took 45minutes, A/C in room was extremely noisy, broken sink, no acces to WiFi, (WiFi is offered by hotel), We was 3 persons, towels enough for 2p every day, we need to request extra shampoo and towels every day, only 1 key card for the room(no second key available), slow elevator. Bathroom no handicap accessible, minimum control on noise in the hallway. These was not a good experience, pay for 4 people, we only arrived 3p. Hotel refuse to provide credit back "
