"We stayed as a family at this hotel. The room was super, everything was very clean, and they provided slippers, shampoo, and toothbrushes. Housekeeping was done daily 👍🏻 – a big thank you for that! Right from the hotel lobby, there are two shops, one for groceries and a Duty-Free, both with good prices. The pool is nice and large, and the hotel is very quiet and peaceful! For breakfast, on the first day it was a buffet, and for the other two days, it was served plated. The food was quite decent, spicy of course, but we definitely didn't go hungry! The photos show the view from the balcony. The beach right next to the hotel is very dirty. You need to walk further to Pasir Bogak, which is relatively cleaner."

"Very mixed experience. Good location. Overall hotel condition is good. Check-in and check out was fast and efficient, and the staff—including the manager—handled issues professionally. After a serious bathroom flooding problem with a strong sewage smell, we were moved to a clean room, given a late checkout, and a kind apology. The restaurant was very disappointing. The shrimp and melon cocktail arrived without melon, with undercooked shrimp and an overwhelming amount of mayonnaise instead of the advertised dressing. After complain they gave us a plate of fresh melon and watermelon but still in a huge amout of mayonnaise.The pizza was also badly overcooked. They also offer to replace it but we were already fed up of waiting time and overall, the food felt careless and not up to standard. As mentioned in many review bedsheets were grayish, stained, and we found hairs on them, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Breakfast was simple but okay. Overall: Very good staff response, but major improvements needed in food quality and linen condition."

"This hotel must be good many years ago. Now its out of date. Small rooms, and the time can see on the room. Otherside the swimming pool is ok, and have a beach."

"small but clean hotel, got i guess around 1 meter pool, meaning small kids need adult supervision. beach with boat operators, food, duty free shop, pink van and car/motorcycle rental all in walking distance. The morning sun is behind the hotel so swimming at the beach can pick a location where there's shade from the tree, i suggest buying a snorkel mask so that if you're lucky you can watch small fish swimming. i will surely book again if i get the chance for next time."

"The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The bedsheets were also very clean. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near the pier and nearby duty-free shops. Considering this is a family suite, the price is definitely great value for money. I will definitely book again next time 👍👍👍"
