"The king-sized beds were fully booked, so I could only get a standard room. The room size was decent, not cramped for a single person. Special shout-out to the staff at the entrance – they always opened the door for me in advance, and their service attitude was excellent. The breakfast buffet was also pretty good, mainly Malaysian cuisine, but with some Chinese dishes as well."

"We choose this hotel on a whim as we needed a place that was off the highway for our ride back to KL. I am glad we did. I only wish we had a chance to spend more time here. I think in the future we might make the trip down just to stay here. There are many great amenities here. A beautiful manicured golf course, restaurants, and a bowling alley. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The resort has a Balinese or Thai feel. The rooms are very spacious and have a bathtub. They are well maintained and offer beautiful views of the surrounding scenery."

"Very disappointing stay. I originally intended to give this hotel a 1-star rating. The only reason I increased it to 3 stars was because of the friendly and helpful shuttle bus service, which was the one positive aspect of my stay. The prayer call at around 5:30 a.m. Very loud that it felt like it was coming from inside the room. Non-Muslim guests should take this into consideration. The shower had extremely low water pressure due to a clogged overhead showerhead, and the Wi-Fi was too slow to even watch videos. The breakfast was equally disappointing. Not a single item met even a basic standard in terms of taste. These issues alone not big enough for me to leave a negative review. I requested a hairdryer informed the staff that I had a morning flight soon. They promised to send asap, but after almost an hour, nothing arrived. When I went to the front desk with my wet long hair, the only response I received was “OK,” with no apology, explanation, or sense of urgency. I chose this hotel for a convenient and comfortable stay before a packed day, but unfortunately I am now sitting at airport with not enough sleep faceand my messy hair, regret choosing this hotel and would not stay here again."
