"We decided to stay in Karachi Pakistan as we have been travelling extensively and it was a stopover on our way home towards Australia from Europe.  We chose the Pearl Continental as it had very good reviews on service and security. The hotel has 4 restaurants with a very good choice of cuisines. All of the staff are very friendly and attentive. On check-in we were upgraded to an Executive room which was very spacious and comfortable.  The hotel is showing signs of age and is due for a revamp but the rooms are still very comfortable.  Karachi isn’t really a tourist destination but we enjoyed our stay and hired a driver for the day to see the sights. Thank you Pearl Continental for making us Australian Tourists so welcome."

"I really enjoyed my trip as it was a great experience with a lot of different factors like beautiful views, good location and a great atmosphere where a limited but enjoyable food experience in morning breakfast. A family environment few members were able to pick for appreciation like Chef DC Aurangzaib, Qaddafi, Umer and front desk staff members Mr. Huzaifa, Palwasha, Amaad, and Anosh, Car parking staff were very friendly and helpful specially Mr. Haroon.front of house member Mr. Moin. Over all special thanks to Trip customer service team very helpful and professional and available for help 24/7 and resolve the issues. Overall a value of money and pleasure experience."

"Breakfast is not much, the front desk service is slow, checkin took 40 minutes, and then I found that there were people in the arranged room, and almost rushed in... I waited another 20 minutes to process, check in almost lost my visa, and I found it later I don’t know what kind of liquid gets wet, and the writing is blurred...The cleanliness is not bad, the shower gel is not renewed, there is a toothbrush"
