"Clean, conveniently located, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I originally booked a triple room, and after my friend left, I switched to a single room. My friend had a late flight, so I asked the front desk if I could check out of the triple room before 11 AM and move into the single room earlier. Without hesitation, the front desk staff brought a luggage cart up to help me with my bags. I really appreciate their help! 🙏"

"The room layout is great suitble for business traveller. Staff service is excellent. I love the fact that they incorporate user experience such as hand writing note to the guest. I have been using the hotel since March and still stay until June. Every check in, there is hand written welcome note and cute folding animal figure (from the towels). I think this is sweet. All staff are friendly and provide prompt services. Thank you Mayson Place Hotel. I have always had a nice stay. Highly recommended hotel in the area."

"The Hotel is a little run-down, located in the middle of Bearing (5 mins to the BTS station on a Grab bike). However, I enjoyed my stay here as I did not require daily room service, as the room is of a size where I can manage daily cleaning myself. The room has a nice little balcony. A self-service laundry shop is nearby for those who can not stand having dirty laundry accumulate. From the Bearing station, it is convenient to get to the new Digital Mall in Punnawitti. Overall, travelling to and from the city centre is fairly convenient. But for those who are used to convenience and a beautiful view of BKK, this is not the place for you. Personally, I didn't mind my stay and would consider coming back.."

"A decent hotel—I'm staying here for the second time. The room is spacious, the lobby is large, and breakfast is included. The room has a small refrigerator, a wardrobe, an electric kettle, and a TV. The hotel is definitely showing its age and could use some renovation, but it’s fair for the price. There’s a large Makro supermarket and the Lotus Eatery food court nearby. Si Bearing MRT station is within walking distance, and you can take a songthaew (shared taxi) to Jas Urban shopping mall."

"The room is extremely spacious and spotlessly clean, fully equipped with all essential amenities. I especially want to give a big compliment to the front desk staff and every member of the team—they are incredibly thoughtful, attentive and considerate throughout my stay. "We booked this hotel for the last leg of our trip, mainly to visit hhe Ancient City” and for its access to the airport. The location was perfect, the airport was around 40 minutes away by Grab and cost us 520 baht. Our room was very spacious with twin beds ( both queen size) . It was well equipped with a mini fridge, hairdryer, and tea and coffee making facilities, making it comfortable for a short stay. The hotel has a decent-sized, well-maintained swimming pool.(not heated) There are also separate male and female saunas, both of which were well looked after and a nice extra. Breakfast was a buffet and there was a good selection of Thai dishes alongside fruit, yoghurt and toast, and everything we tried was fresh and tasted great. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its proximity to the Ancient City. The entrance is just a few minutes’ walk away, making it ideal if you plan to explore. We spent around seven hours walking the entire site. The ticket office is about a 15-minute walk, but reception can take you there in a golf cart if needed. Top tip: buy your tickets online. They’re around half the price of the ticket office. On the main road near the hotel and the Ancient City entrance, there are plenty of songtaews running regularly. We used them to travel to Big C and Robinson, both about 10 minutes away, and paid just 20 baht each. Overall, a great base for visiting the Ancient City, with spacious rooms, helpful staff, excellent value."

"The room is big, the air conditioner is cool, but the equipment is not complete. But the hotel page informed me that there is no hair dryer in the room. You have to ask for it at the counter. Overall, it is still okay. The price is not expensive. It is near the noodle shop and 7-Eleven. It is convenient."

"This place may be kinda far from the city center that tourists want but with less than 1000b we got decent breakfast, good room and clean. Public transport like BTS is in walking distance actually so it is convenient. Staff at restaurants and front desk are friendly and nice. We love the fried rice, simple egg fried rice but tasty."

"It's a pretty average place, not terrible, but not amazing either. You have to ask the front desk for a hairdryer in advance, but I only found that out when I saw a local guest doing it as I was checking out. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs which is really convenient. There's a small balcony, but the AC unit is right there, so trying to sneak a smoke would be pretty unpleasant, haha. It's very close to the Erawan Museum, and a motorbike taxi ride there costs about 30 baht."

"Very clean, good rooms, and excellent service. The location is great, close to the highway entrance, making travel convenient. There's also a convenience store right at the end of the alley, easily walkable. Very impressed! They even have staff who can speak Chinese."
