"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities. The bed was comfortable and the environment was quiet. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. Overall, it was a great value for the price, and I would consider staying here again."

"I booked two rooms for my daughter's birthday. The first disappointment was the massage at the spa. We arrived 10 minutes late because there was no one in the luggage room. We had to wait about 20 minutes until someone arrived. The masseuse told me my massage would only last 20 minutes because of the delay (I had paid for a 50-minute massage), but she only gave me 15 minutes. When we returned to our rooms, there was no one at reception to give us our hand luggage either. We called our room to ask them to bring our backpacks. We waited 30 minutes and no one came. We went back down to reception and, after another 15-minute wait (again with no one there), they finally brought our backpacks. We went to our room to shower, as we had a dinner reservation at an Italian restaurant. The shower drain was clogged, and it was disgusting to shower with the water running. (They have old bathtubs) Towels were beige (Once were white). We have a nice dinner at the Italian restaurant, then we were at casino for some time and went to our rooms to sleep, it was midnight. We were falling asleep when we heard a woman screaming louder and louder. We didn’t know what was going on… we waited and then the woman started to scream and said all kind of ****** words. We have a second show in the morning. So be ready to hear all kinds of things…"

"The hotel is of course old, you can hear the sound from the rooms as if you were in the next room... I still don't understand how the air conditioner works, it's very noisy... it turns on and off whenever it wants... the advantages include proximity to the sea and the ability to take chairs and towels for the beach at the reception."

"a decent hotel for overnight layover for cruise or airport. it's close to both and the hotel offers free shuttle to airport but you must book early. price is decent and hotel is decent but it's busy so there's always a lineup at the counter. Staff are not bad but sometimes slow due to various client requests. If you don't have a car it's a pain to get around as there's not much nearby other than a couple strip malls and limited eateries. Overall, not bad for what you pay"

"Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The hotel van was available at the airport and took us to the hotel. The hotel reception was quick and efficient. The rooms were very clean. Check-out was easy. The value for money perfectly met my family's needs. We will definitely return."

"The people were very kind and helpful.  However , it was 3$ for a small bottle of water in your room.  The toilet had the seat up and appeared to have been used and not cleaned for new guests.  The beds were very nice and for the most part cleaning was good.  Shower head leaked, shampoo dispenser was almost empty as well as the others.  And one small drink in the bar cost $16 and it was not well done.  It had no lime and the tonic was flat.  I was unhappy that I paid more than an airplane price for something far worse. So bottom line attention to detail and lower cost for amenities or get much better quality."

"We spent 1 evening prior to a cruise at the Royal Beach Palace. Room had been renovated and the bed and the bedding were very comfortable. Actually the bed was more comfortable than some 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in.  No amenities at the hotel but directly across the street is a Bar & Grill where we had a most enjoyable evening. There is also a bakery in the same retail strip. Overall great value for your money particularly for a short stay. I’d be happy to stay  there again."
