Echarm properties in Chengdu

I was booked into this hotel for 4 nights, however upon checking in, I decided it wasn’t for me. The staff are friendly, however the hotel itself isn’t quite what it shows on the website. The room I booked said city view, which turned out to just be a back parking lot which you couldn’t really see through a really dirty window. The room itself was clean. There was however a very pungent sulphur like smell in the hallways on the way to the elevators. I did have breakfast in the morning before I cut my stay short. The food was good. It is in a very convenient location, but I decided to check into somewhere else after staying just the 1 night.

This stay was such a pleasant surprise! The front desk lady was incredibly sweet, check-in was super quick, and she even offered a free room upgrade while giving great tips on local eateries. The room was spotless, the bedding was so soft it felt like sleeping on clouds, and the pillows were just the right height – I slept soundly all night long 🌙. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation, hot water instantly, and the toiletries were lovely. Breakfast in the morning had a fantastic variety, including congee, pastries, and hot dishes – I left feeling completely satisfied! Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely choose this place again. Highly recommend to everyone!

The hotel is in a good location, the hotel transportation is very convenient, the room facilities are very good, the room is clean and tidy, the mattress is very soft and comfortable, the hot water in the room comes quickly, the room is relatively complete, the breakfast has a lot of things and tastes good, the service is very good and attentive, Miss Zhang is patient in service, very satisfied

This is a fantastic hotel. The front desk staff, led by a handsome guy, provided excellent service. They even woke me up in the morning and served me breakfast. The driver kindly helped me with my luggage and escorted me to the airport. There are numerous Chinese cuisines nearby the hotel. If I have the chance to return, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

We arrived at the hotel very late, and the girl at the front desk upgraded our room and provided us with breakfast. I overslept the next day and missed breakfast. The bedding is very comfortable, the hot water is plenty, the wet and dry areas are separated, and it is 50 meters away from the subway entrance, with convenient transportation.

The room was very clean, the aroma was very like, the front desk service was very good, the environment was very good, there was a shopping mall next to it, you could go shopping and watch movies, and eat a lot [yes]
