Echarm properties in Chengdu

Free upgraded room from standard to superior room which has window face to city. Room is very clean and wide. Quite enough space for two persons. The staffs are very kind and helpful. Location: very close to Chunxi road and very convenience to go around. Improvement: Would be great if they can improve rainfall shower.

[”The room was clean and tidy, and the service was attentive. The excellent location made for a very comfortable stay.”,”The environment was elegant, quiet, and well soundproofed. The front desk staff were warm and helpful, and the convenient transportation made it great value for money.”,”The facilities were complete and the hygiene was excellent. Breakfast was rich and varied. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.”]

The experience was beyond expectations, the room was spacious and clean, and the price-performance ratio was very high. The front desk service is enthusiastic and responsive, and you can feel that they are helping every guest with sincerity. I forgot to apply for the required materials for reimbursement on the day I left the store, and half a month later I reissued it remotely. The lady at the front desk was still very enthusiastic, thank you very much!

The room was spacious and clean, and the toiletries were of a higher quality than I expected. It was super convenient to get around and find places to eat downstairs. I stayed for two days and had absolutely no complaints – definitely a reliable hotel I'd book again! 👍 The front desk staff were all smiles when they greeted me, and check-in was incredibly efficient! The special noodles for breakfast were springy and flavorful, with a rich broth. My stay was incredibly comfortable; every detail showed how much care they put in. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area 😊

The hotel’s location is relatively inconvenient. While it is close to the wholesale market and Wanda Plaza, it is quite a distance from most major attractions. Although taxis are easy to get, travel time to key spots typically takes at least 15 minutes or more. Breakfast is average. Room is spacious with good AC, water pressure, and lighting, but cleanliness is an issue. Visible stains and even traces of blood on the bedsheets—definitely not suitable for those sensitive to hygiene. Lobby staff are friendly, but the coffee machine is unreliable and often out of water.

The location of the hotel is very good. There is a subway station downstairs. It is convenient to travel. It is surrounded by residential areas and is very quiet. There are many delicious food in the surrounding area. The room facilities are very new and the breakfast varieties are a bit limited.

This hotel is super easy to find and getting a taxi is a breeze. The front desk staff, especially one lovely lady, was incredibly nice. She not only checked me in quickly but also thoughtfully recommended some fun local spots. The bed in my room was so soft, I slept wonderfully. The next morning, I tried the noodles she recommended and was energized for another day of sightseeing. It's a hidden gem with unbeatable value for money and a perfect location. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chengdu!
