Hotel 3 | 🐼 This hotel truly cured my exhaustion after a late-night shoot. After a whole day of filming, Ms. Nuomi finally wrapped up late at night. Exhausted from traveling, we chose to stay at this hotel not far from Chunxi Road in Chengdu. It was already well past midnight, and I dragged my luggage to the front desk, completely worn out. I expected to simply check in and head straight to bed, but a warm surprise was waiting for us. The kind front desk lady saw my tired little one and thoughtfully presented her with a soft panda plush toy. My daughter's eyes lit up instantly. She hugged the panda all the way to the room, and the fatigue from our journey vanished. It felt like this small, delightful gesture instantly soothed away all our exhaustion. ✨ Why I genuinely recommend this hotel: ✔️ Excellent location: Not far from Chunxi Road, it's perfect for short trips, or as a base when exploring with kids. Very convenient if you're driving. ✔️ The service is a huge bonus! A 24-hour front desk means even late-night check-ins are handled with warmth. Just a small panda gift can win over a child's heart, and the welcome fruit in the room even came with a handwritten note – it's the little details that truly touch you. ✔️ The most impactful point for a mom like me: Breakfast is served until 11 AM! Parents with kids understand this joy – no need to rush for breakfast early in the morning. After a tiring day, you can sleep in peacefully, wake up slowly, and then enjoy a sumptuous breakfast at the restaurant. Chinese dim sum, Sichuan snacks, Western breakfast, and even baby food are all available. The relaxed vibe is absolutely perfect. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding was comfortable. We had a sound night's sleep and woke up fully re-energized. It was an unexpectedly warm and pleasant stay, more than just a night's accommodation – it was a gentle slice of happiness on a busy journey. For anyone traveling with children or needing a place to stay nearby, you can confidently choose this hotel.

The hotel's location is fantastic; Wenshu Monastery is right outside the door if you turn left. We visited during a holiday, and there was no queue to enter the monastery from this side. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the environment is elegant – a quiet oasis in a bustling area. The bedding was so soft I fell asleep as soon as I lay down. Breakfast was plentiful, and the coffee brewed by the owner was delicious. The staff were warm and the service was attentive. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Chengdu.

Cons: 1. The check-in process was truly unprofessional. They just said there were no rooms available and then left guests hanging, without even informing me about what was included in my booking package. I only found out about many services I hadn't used when I checked out. This is the first time I've encountered such unprofessional service. 2. The breakfast didn't have any rice dishes, not even simple fried rice, which is unfriendly for people who don't eat noodles or spicy food. Pros: The facilities and cleanliness are definitely excellent, and having a full set of Dyson products is a nice touch. Summary: If you have high expectations for service, I'd advise caution. The best service I received was from the welcoming dog. However, if you don't have high service expectations but prioritize good facilities, then this hotel is suitable.

I stayed here for one night and checked out today. The room facilities are pretty good, very clean, and the environment is also great. The hotel is right next to Chunxi Road, so it's super convenient for shopping and dining. There are many night markets nearby, and no matter which direction you go, you'll find plenty of delicious food spots. The lobby on the first floor has a particularly pleasant fragrance, and as soon as you walk in, you'll see four robots, lining up at night to deliver takeaways. My reservation even came with a craft beer, which was nice for a nightcap – though it was just one, it was super big, enough to share with a friend. There's a pool table on the first floor and a laundry room on the 28th floor, which is very convenient for travelers to wash clothes, and you can even dry them and take them with you the same day. The hotel provides free laundry detergent, so you don't need to spend money. The mini-fridge in the room also has drinks, with four free bottles. There's a Bluetooth speaker next to the bedside table for playing music. I really have to praise the mattress – it's the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on, not too soft, not too hard, with great support. The pillows are also very soft, just how I like them, though we also requested a latex pillow, which was also very good. I slept very soundly. There isn't much of a view during the day, but the night view is beautiful. The room size is also decent; it's a bit smaller compared to some hotels I've stayed in before, but most hotels in the city center have similar sizes, and larger rooms usually cost more. Breakfast starts at 7:00 AM on the 45th floor. It would be even better if it started a bit earlier, like 6:30 AM, so we could eat earlier if we're in a hurry to go to the Panda Base. The breakfast selection is alright, pretty standard – not amazing but enough to eat and fill you up. The hotel's overall decor style is very unique, and the restaurant decor has a great vibe. The room lighting isn't super bright, but I personally found it quite nice. The lobby on the first floor also has a very high-end feel, which is to be expected since it's a newly opened hotel. The price of over 600 RMB for a city center location is quite fair.

I stumbled upon this hotel by chance. While dining in the restaurant, I discovered there's a pool inside, which immediately set a perfect vacation vibe. Breakfast by the pool, a relaxing swim – it was delightful. The hotel's cafe offers a wide variety of food, coffee, and alcoholic beverages. The room was clean and tidy; though not huge, it had all the necessary functions and was very well-equipped. They even offer late-night snacks! I arrived back late, but they thoughtfully kept mine at the front desk for me, which was incredibly heartwarming. The service was very warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. If you're traveling to Chengdu, this is an excellent choice. It's just a few minutes' walk from Huapaifang Metro Station! Next time, let's meet here for a vacation, chat about travel and food; life is always full of expectations…

Booked this hotel for a trip with several families of friends, primarily for the hot springs, but we got an unexpected surprise! The hotel's decor is a lovely white and soft yellow palette with excellent lighting – grand yet stylish, a refreshing change from the usual dim tones. The room was surprisingly spacious and very clean. It felt like all the amenities were thoughtfully chosen and prepared, quite different from hotels I've stayed in before. I absolutely loved the pillows and shampoo! Couldn't take the pillows, but I did manage to get two small bottles of shampoo from the housekeeping staff before check-out 😄😂. You can see misty mountains across from the hotel, so you can enjoy the hot springs with a mountain view. The kids spent the entire afternoon at the outdoor pool, and the hotel is conveniently located right next to the rafting visitor center. The young lady at check-in thoughtfully recommended the beef noodle soup for breakfast, and it was indeed delicious. After our meal, someone politely asked for our feedback and suggestions, which truly showed how attentive and considerate they are. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely be back next time. I don't usually write such long reviews!

This hotel is truly amazing! The service attitude is excellent, the price is super affordable, and I found the room quite spacious, not small as some reviews suggested. What's more, for the price we paid, breakfast was included... The breakfast was a buffet, with limited choices but it was tasty. Plus, the view from the breakfast area was lovely.

Pretty unique stay with it's decor. Room looked nicer in the photos because the lighting in the actual room was inconsistent with white and yellow bulbs. A standing lamp and the latch on a window were broken, but they fixed both the following day. They kept reassuring me it's safe (the broken latch meant the window couldnt be closed) but as a solo traveller it's still best to err at the side of caution. Plus it meant I couldn't block outside sound, and was actually woken from my nap by food wrapper noises by someone on the balcony (it's shared). For extras, the ******* clothing is actually free, 'oxygen' meant aircon, you have to remind them on the welcoming gifts, so the only thing I'd is worth paying the extras for is their handmade tsampa and butter tea. Pretty filling and you can have it as breakfast (though you might not be used to the taste haha) Overall a good experience because of their friendly service, good attitude, and always having a smile on their face. I suggest for them to be proactive in telling the guests on what their extras are and how to request fro them, instead of the other way around.

We stayed at the Celebrity City Hotel in Chengdu during the National Day holiday, and our family were extremely satisfied. This hotel is definitely a great pick — you can book it without hesitation! We arrived on an international flight and landed very early. We contacted the hotel in advance, and all the staff were warm and professional. Special thanks go to Ryan. He handled our check-in carefully and attentively, helped deliver our luggage to the room, and was incredibly thoughtful. He patiently told us how to purchase breakfast, shared plenty of practical travel tips and recommended sightseeing routes. We were truly touched and grateful for his help. The hotel enjoys an excellent location, with shopping malls and food streets nearby, making dining and getting around super convenient. We stayed on the 24th floor, where we could overlook the square and watch the spectacular flag-raising ceremony. The room was completely quiet with no outside noise. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the room layout was well-proportioned, and the water temperature and water pressure in the bathroom were comfortable. There is also a self-service laundry room, which is very handy for family trips. The hotel breakfast had a wide variety of food options, enjoyed by both adults and children. This stay greatly elevated the comfort level of our whole trip. Thank you to Celebrity City Hotel, and a special thank you to Ryan for his warm and thoughtful service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hard 5/5! As a girl travelling solo for the first time, I felt very safe staying and had a lot of fun. Even though it’s a hostel, the environment was comfortable and welcoming. One thing I really appreciated was the international power outlets, which was a huge plus for me. The hostel also offers transportation services to certain attractions and activities, making it very convenient for travellers. The location is excellent — being right next to Chunxi Road meant I could easily explore the city, try local food, and enjoy the area on foot. A special shoutout to the front desk staff, who were incredibly friendly and always happy to recommend places to visit. Their English was excellent as well, which made communication very easy. I would highly recommend this hostel to international travellers. If I visit Chengdu again, I would definitely choose to stay here again! ❤️✨
