IillusionxxxbbThe hotel is brand new, and the room layout is very well designed. The wet and dry areas are separate, and the details like the hairdryer, lighted makeup mirror, and comfortable, clean bedding all significantly enhanced the experience. The view is similar to the Curio Collection hotel I stayed at before, but the overall experience here is much better. It's a quiet oasis amidst the bustling city, and the staff isn't as chaotic.
The location is also very convenient. There are so many takeaway options, and they even deliver right to your room! Getting to restaurants I wanted to try and attractions by taxi all took less than 20 minutes.
The hotel called to ask about my preferences before check-in, and I didn't have to wait long even though I arrived early. The room perfectly met my requirements, which was really great. And the best part is the dog in the lobby is absolutely adorable, even though I only saw it on the first of my three days. The concierge service on the first floor was truly exceptional, very enthusiastic but in a perfectly appropriate way. After checking out, I forgot something, and Miranda was very proactive in contacting me and helping to arrange shipping. This hotel has absolutely no flaws. I stayed for two days and was extremely comfortable. I can't praise it enough; the value for money is outstanding. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

GGuest UserThe hotel service is great, and the decor is lovely. Its location is super convenient for sightseeing, and despite being in a scenic area, it was surprisingly quiet at night. The only downside is that the window doesn't seal completely, so cigarette and cooking smells from outside would waft into the room 🙁. The bathroom was also a bit too cramped, but the bed was really comfortable.

GGuest UserFive-star review! I’m truly impressed with my stay at Xishu Hotel. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were warm, attentive, and efficient. Their professionalism made the whole process smooth and pleasant. The room was spotless, well-designed, and comfortably arranged. All the facilities were modern and well maintained, and the attention to detail was excellent. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept very well.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and the public areas are kept in great condition as well. Whether it’s cleanliness, service, location, or overall convenience, everything exceeded my expectations. I genuinely couldn’t find any flaws during my stay. I will definitely choose Xishu Hotel again next time I’m in the area and will gladly recommend it to friends!

Environment: Perfect for a relaxing hot spring getaway. There are several small pools for soaking, nothing fancy, but they have all the essentials. The strong sulfur smell suggests it's natural hot spring water. The breakfast selection was also decent.
Service: The service attitude was excellent, the front desk lady even helped me with my luggage, thumbs up!

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to public transportation and plenty of food options nearby. Wenshu Monastery is just a bike ride away. The cleaning staff was incredibly efficient! Plus, there's free afternoon tea and a late-night snack, and they even gave us a small gift when we checked out. This hotel offers great value for money!

GGuest UserThis was my second stay at this hotel. The first time was for a business trip, and this time I came on my own. Overall, it's still very good. The breakfast is extensive, and the rooms offer great value for money. Even though the hotel has been open for many years, I'd still choose to stay at this established five-star hotel for the price. My only complaint is that I requested a non-smoking room, but after checking in and getting to the room, there was a strong smell of smoke. I then had housekeeping take care of it.

GGuest UserThis Marriott-branded hotel, newly opened in 2025, is perfectly situated in the core of Chunxi Road/TaiKoo Li. It brilliantly balances bustling convenience with a serene atmosphere, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers.
The guest rooms, located on floors 28–43, offer stunning views of either the 339 TV Tower or the vibrant Chunxi Road streetscape. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and guests can choose between soft and firm pillows. The bathroom features a separate wet and dry area, a smart toilet, and a body lotion that was so fragrant and pleasant I couldn't resist buying two to take home. Housekeeping is excellent, and the linens are pristine and odor-free.
The front desk staff processed my check-in in a swift three minutes. They proactively offered recommendations for local dining and transportation, all with a polite smile. Their responsiveness was impressive; from luggage storage to thoughtful directions after check-out, every detail was meticulously handled.
