"The hotel is accessible. Room is clean and spacious (special thanks to Ms. Carmi Gamboa of Grand Westside for the upgrade). Staff are nice and helpful. Thankful for the complimentary cake that they gave my son for his birthday. Pool is nice and the kids would definitely have fun (2ft and 4ft only). This is one of the hotels I would recommend. "I'm completely satisfied during our stay here. The essential twin room that we stayed in is far larger compared to other competitors, the room also has more life in it. Staff were all helpful and greets you everytime, it gives you a sense that you are always welcome. Location is very strategic but you have to walk 300-500 meters to reach Runway Manila if you're staying because of a NAIA T3 flight (this is it's only downside compared to Belmont) but a plus is you're staying in Newport City and it has plenty to offer. The gym is also well equipped and it is located just adjacent to the hotel pool. Breakfast Buffet is excellent. The taho station is a nice Pinoy touch for anyone returning to the country when they've been away for years. Book this hotel if you want convenience and value for money."
