"Looking for a strategically located place to stay for a concert at the Allianz Arena, I found these apartments online. The goal was an easy journey to and from the event, which worked out perfectly from this location. The overnight price of around 110 EUR was absolutely reasonable for Munich standards, so I booked here. The journey was straightforward: You can reach the building easily by subway, and from the station, it's about a 15-minute walk – which is totally acceptable. Even more convenient is bus line 150, which stops practically right in front of the building. Since I arrived early by train, I kindly inquired about an early check-in. Unfortunately, this wasn't possible before 3:00 PM, but thankfully, I was able to store my luggage on-site without any hassle. As dining options in the immediate vicinity of Parkstadt Schwabing are rather sparse, I used the time to go to the Old Town for a meal while waiting. The later self-check-in at the terminal was completely independent and super easy to use. The apartment itself was immaculately clean and perfectly spacious. A real highlight – especially for longer stays – is the integrated kitchenette, which even comes with a stove, a coffee machine, and a dishwasher. The bathroom was also modern and well-maintained. Despite my room's location right by the elevator, it was pleasantly quiet inside. Overall, I had a very pleasant and smooth stay. A top recommendation, not only for event-goers at the Allianz Arena but also for a classic city trip!"

"I recently stayed at the Residence Inn Munich City East for a business trip. Unfortunately, my experience was mixed. On the positive side, I'd like to highlight the location, which was perfect for my needs. The room furnishings are also lovely, modern, and contemporary – you immediately feel at ease. Another highlight was the dinner, which was of very high quality. However, there were a few issues that marred the overall impression: Cleanliness: Despite the attractive decor, the rooms were consistently very dusty, which shouldn't be the case in a hotel of this category. Breakfast: In contrast to dinner, the breakfast was disappointing and not very good. Service: For the most part, the staff were not very customer-oriented. There was one notable exception, however: a member of staff at reception who really stood out. Although his German wasn't perfect, he was incredibly polite and helpful, and he genuinely tried to fulfill every request. I wish the rest of the team had shown the same level of dedication. Conclusion: If you value modern rooms and a good location, this is the place for you. However, there is still much room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and service."

"Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Really appreciate the design of the room, and the comprehensive kitchen amenities. Only downside was that our toilet sink was partly choked, and aircon kept turning back to auto mode after 10 mins. Toilet had a rain shower with good pressure. The room had lots of storage space despite being relatively small. Would recommend and return if I come back to Munich!"

"Great amenities- The room included a microwave, an electric kettle, and tableware. The hotel contains a small gym, washers/dryers, and a bar. It was an enjoyable stay compared to the price. However, the location is a bit far from the Munich central station and the nearby station is 10 minutes away on foot."

"The double room was well equipped with a small kitchenette and a refrigerator. The bathroom had a good size with a lot of setting space. The sauna and fitness room were great. Breakfast was very delicious, both at hearty or sweet things, it was nothing missing. Of course, the hotel in 80-90 style is somewhat habitually needed, but for a few days completely enough. The only manko was the price for the parking in the deep garage with 24 Euros per day ...."

"Every time I come to Munich, I live here, spacious and comfortable, simple kitchen utensils can make something to eat. The underground parking garage is very convenient, 20 euros a day. There are Lidl, ED, DM, Apotheke nearby, and there is also a small park for walking."

"Great location, very close to the Central Station. The room was a bit small, only enough space to open two suitcases, but it was newly renovated and very clean. Coffee and tea bags were provided. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. Security is high as access to the building, room, and laundry room all require a PIN. For laundry, you need to download an app and pay; washing costs about 4 euros per load, and drying is 3 euros."

"The hotel was set, because some trips were too late, the hotel did not change the ticket and did not agree to refund. This feeling of service attitude is general, others are still better, because the next day to this hotel to pick up friends, I feel very good."

"Easy check-in & check-out with friendly reception. The room was very clean and tidy, big enough to open two large suitcases and to move around. Our room was facing towards a backyard, it was very quiet at night, no noise from nearby or inside the room, there weren't many cars on the main street either. Not sure if it was a heater or central heating but the room was warm and cosy all the time. The TV was nice and allowed screen mirroring. There were also charged laundry machines and dryers which looked very new and did the job properly. The surrounding environment felt safe to walk around at night. Although not many restaurants around, there were some big supermarkets. It took 3 minutes walk to the nearest underground station, and from there it took about 15 minutes to Munich Central Station. It was a bit far away from Munich city centre, but 35 minutes travel time was ok for us. In general very nice! Will definitely consider staying again."

"Struttura vicino sia a metro che fermata del bus. La struttura ha l’ascensore, inoltre le camere sono dotate di frigorifero, lavastoviglie , macchinetta del caffè, asciugacapelli, ti offrono sia le capsule del caffè e della lavastoviglie. Super consigliata. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente."
