"Room was clean & well-equipped. However, they do not change towels everyday and this was not told beforehand. Thankfully, they did still help us change our towels after requesting it just once. Bottled water was not provided as well as Munich’s tap water is drinkable (Unfortunately, I disagree.) Staff was not very helpful when he saw us struggling to check-in as well. Location was great as it is right next to the U-/S-Bahn."

"The double room was well equipped with a small kitchenette and a refrigerator. The bathroom had a good size with a lot of setting space. The sauna and fitness room were great. Breakfast was very delicious, both at hearty or sweet things, it was nothing missing. Of course, the hotel in 80-90 style is somewhat habitually needed, but for a few days completely enough. The only manko was the price for the parking in the deep garage with 24 Euros per day ...."

"The room was very comfortable and the service was very good. Because there was no air conditioning in Europe, the room would be hotter when the sun came in. Reflected with the front desk, because the room of the same room type was full, I provided me with a stronger electric fan, and the effect was OK. The hotel breakfast is not rich, but I personally feel that it is delicious and the bread is very good. I will choose to stay again in the future!"

"Advantages, the room is ok, very clean, can cook, the supermarket is downstairs, the car can be parked on the side of the road for free. Disadvantages: the room is not very big, the taste of cooking is easy to stay in the room, go to the city Far away, there is no washing machine in the room, and there is an additional laundry to dry."

"Not only did we have free access to water, ice, and coffee, but having a kitchen and utensils in the room allowed us to enjoy Munich in various ways. Self-check-in was also a breeze if you prepared beforehand as instructed in the email (it's very simple!). There are offices next door and a nice window. There's a bus stop right outside, and a subway station is about a 5-7 minute walk away. Within a 15-minute walk, there's also a shopping mall with grocery stores like Rewe and DM. This mall is also accessible by public transport. I'd love to stay here again."

There's plenty to do nearby, with St. Peter's Church, Munich, Old Botanical Garden and Residenz Museum all within a short distance. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. Guests tell us the location of this hotel is fantastic.
"A nice hotel, but the two bedroom is not really a two bedroom. It's more like a one bedroom plus the living area converted into the second sleeping area. I find the ”two bedroom” room type too squeezy for 4 pax. We cannot even eat together on the same table, no table space and not enough chairs. Also, although there is a lift, our floor is not at the lift landing, it's in-between the lift landing, so for those carrying big luggage, it was tedious, not recommended. Otherwise, the room facilities are good, the location is great. They also allow us to leave our luggage there while waiting for check-in, so that is nice too."

"The room was quite spacious for German standards and came with a small kitchenette, which was handy for cooking. The induction hob was decent enough for boiling noodles or frying an egg, but don't expect to do any high-heat stir-frying. There's a supermarket just a few minutes' walk from the hotel (as shown in the pictures), and within a 15-minute walk, you'll find other supermarkets like DM, REWE, and LIDL. Transportation is convenient, with bus lines 16 or 17 right outside the hotel, taking you to Munich Central Station in just one stop. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't comment on it. There don't seem to be many restaurants nearby, except for a Subway. Overall, I recommend this place."
