"We had a highly satisfying stay at Zenith Suites Cameron in Tanah Rata. We were assigned a unit on the 7th floor, and it was absolutely worth it! Being up on a higher floor gave us a beautiful, panoramic view of the mountain landscape and the town lights at night.The apartment felt brand new, modern, and exceptionally spacious. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the bed linens were spotless. We loved the amenities provided, especially the Smart TV with Netflix/YouTube and the excellent hot water system which is perfect for the chilly Cameron weather. The staff at the front desk were also professional and made our check-in seamless. It's also within walking distance to local eateries and shops. Highly recommended, and we will definitely stay here again!"

"Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The location was great and convenient, and the facilities provided were also good. However, some of the kitchen utensils need to be replaced as they are quite old. For example, the chopping board was already black and looked dirty. It would be better to replace it, or not provide it if it is no longer suitable for use. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our time here. Thank you!"

"1. Pro - Nice view, strategic , clean room , near to market and eateries, easy to check in 2. Kon- parking need to pay every time in and out and its quite expensive, kitchen very basic..only microwave, I bought some simple veg to cook but end up no stove but it was mentioned there is a stove when booking No daily cleaning is done though we stay there for 3 nights, , we clean on our own , we throw rubbish ourself.. only towel is provided when asked to replace"

"Spacious room with a nice view from the balcony. There's an excellent, large supermarket downstairs. Plenty of entertainment options for kids within walking distance. The bedroom is in a glass 'aquarium' and doesn't get any fresh air, so I slept very poorly. If you open the balcony door, mosquitoes and other critters fly in. Check-in is contactless, instructions are sent via WhatsApp. The communication starts with warnings about what you *can't* do and basically ends the same way, with instructions on where to hang the towels. What a bizarre experience! 🤦‍♀️"

"Location - Very Good. Room amenities - natural Cleanliness - good To summerize it wasn’t that bad few matters need to be attended too. 1st - car park - while u were sleeping car meter running cost you 12.80 per nite, 2nd -  TV - empty (nil wifi or even just normal tv channel), 3rd - shower Head smeared everywhere (waste of water),  4th - mattress - Slanted cause aching joints in the morning.  Management to foresee all this matter for future, investment for better future too."

"Although the apartment is strategically located near many eateries and within walking distance to Centrum Market, the overall stay was disappointing. The apartment is clearly rundown and poorly maintained. The wooden flooring is scratched after long-term use and easily traps dirt. Even though we wore slippers indoors throughout the stay, it still felt unhygienic. We booked a 3bed 3bath unit; while the toilet seat was clean, the inside of the toilet was very dirty. Overall cleanliness was barely acceptable, with many areas appearing insufficiently cleaned. In addition, two of the bathroom water heaters were not working properly, which affected basic usage. I believe this is a unit-specific issue. In unit 302, the Wi-Fi connection was only available at the entrance area near the main door. Once you move further into the living area or bedrooms, the Wi-Fi is not accessible at all. As a result, the TV was also unusable, as it requires a Wi-Fi connection to function. We were later offered a unit exchange to unit 308. Nevertheless new unit offered stable Wi-Fi, slightly clean toilet and all water heater works. However, unit 308 had a noticeable damp and moldy smell in the room. End up we choose to remain at our original unit. Although the staff were helpful and made efforts to assist us, the issues with the old facilities and partially non-functional amenities remained. If you are able to tolerate these shortcomings, the place may still be acceptable."

"So far all good for the price we paid but there is some things might be improved which is there is non receptionist for 24 hours and if emergency case we can’t find them. Our check in was self check in and the key was just on the table with our names only so it is like not secure at all overall okayy so far nothing much to tell. Thank you Mr David."

"I had a wonderful experience at this homestay. The staff are incredibly responsive and attend to all enquiries very quickly, which made everything hassle-free. The place is spotless, and the facilities are complete everything you need is provided. A special highlight is the water dispenser, which was very convenient and satisfying to use. Best part is that you can walk across to Centrum for foods. Highly recommended!"
