"We had a great stay here. The condo entrance itself feels home already. My 3yo son had a good running time while waiting for our host (Ms Trixia) and the reception personnel is just so considerate. Able to check-in early as we arrived earlier. The room was clean & properly maintained. The best part is that we can cook. Water heater, microwave & complete kitchen utensils are provided. And just right at the window is a relaxing pool view. Location is considered great and safe (with security guards 24/7 on-duty) Ms Trixia informed that we can also use the pool, gym, sauna… we just had a god soak at the pool. Highly recommended and definitely we wanted to stay again here and would try the sauna. :). We even tried to extend our stay for 1 more day as we also have errands to do in Cebu but couldn’t avail because there’s an ongoing booking next to us. Even the late notice, Ms Trixia did not hesitate to assist us in finding another unit in the same condo and provided options. We appreciate that help Ms Trixia, you still responded our call even late at night. Thank you very much. Overall, we just loved & enjoyed our stay there. Host is friendly and helpful. "BE Pods Lahug is 100% worth it. Unlike other budget places that feel old or cramped, this place feels modern and ”Instagrammable.” It’s perfect for solo travelers or digital nomads who need to be near IT Park but don’t want to pay hotel prices. . The air conditioning is freezing (in a good way!). Since it's located in Lahug, you are surrounded by great food spots and cafes, and it's very easy to catch a ride. It’s a bit quiet and disciplined, which is great if you actually want to get some sleep. For the price you pay, the quality you get is a steal."

"We booked for a two bedroom unit, but they gave us only one bedroom unit. We needed to pay additional fee just to be transferred to the right room which we booked. In the room, the aircon is so noisy. It blows directly to your face because it’s just beside the bed. You either turn it off to avoid the noise and the inconvenience brought by direct blowing of the aircon on your face or suffer from too much heat. It was so uncomfortable. There is no rug and broom provided. We booked for five nights and the room become very dirty because there is no broom and rug provided for the room."

"Spacious room 2 queen beds only needed one, no hot water promised to get it turned on but no show so cold showers. Staff very nice.  Breakfast was ok.  No water kettle so no coffee bad for an addict.  I would go there again and take my kettle "

"The rooms at 88th Avenue are spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of space to relax. The gym is surprisingly well-equipped and definitely one of the highlights of the property. The main downside is the lack of a swimming pool, which some travelers might miss. Overall, it’s a good option for a short stay of a few nights, especially if you value room size and a solid gym."

"This is my 3rd time staying in Quest residences & i really love the place. It's very accessible & there's a lot of amenities sorrounding it. The staffs are also very friendly & warming with their guest. I will definitely stay here whenever Im on vacation."

"Decent place to stay for the cost. Nice to have supermarkets and restos essentially next door. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. If you need a somewhat quiet ask for something not on the side of the main road as it can be noisy."
