GGuest UserOverall good experience with Tsai. It's located in the city center near the Cebu IT Park. You can just ride a jeep going to Ayala Terminal where you can ride the bus going to Tops and it's also accessible to malls and restaurants. Our room also has a balcony which is super nice

지지라산이 좋다This hotel is on the way to Topshill and has a very family-like atmosphere. It has a small swimming pool and the staff are friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

GGuest UserWe would like to share our experience during our recent stay. Unfortunately, it was not fully satisfactory. We checked in at 7:00 PM, but there was no consideration or flexibility regarding the check-out time, which was disappointing. The room also had a damaged faucet that should have been repaired prior to guest use. Although the room was advertised for five persons, we were only provided with one bed and one small foam on the floor, which was not comfortable for our group of three adults and two children. Additionally, the table in the room was small and only suitable for two persons, with only two chairs provided, which was not enough for our group. Overall, our stay did not meet our expectations. We would rate our experience at 75%. We hope management can address these concerns to improve future guest experiences.

JJMDBThe space was just okay; there was an additional 500 charge for the 3-person booking I made, and it didn't include free breakfast. Also, I wish they wouldn't drill at inconvenient hours, especially when they know there are guests next door.

AAnonymous UserMaganda Yung location kaso lang Yung unan at Yung blanket ayy manipis. Maganda din Yung cr kasi ma luwag. My hot and cold. Kaso lang pag nag brownout walang emergency light sa loob ng room . Pangalawa na naming book Dito na hotel. So far so good 👍😊

CCindyBellsLocation wise, near malls, fastfood, naa gyud sa cebter sa Colon & wifi is fast. Also cheap. Maybe good if 1 night stay or few hrs lang imo need. AC is super cold which is good. Only downside is you can hear the noise from outside, if naai mag lakaw-lakaw or mag storya dungog kai sa imong room and I didnt sleep well bcos of the noise. Daghan kaayo oatch ga chika chika Idk if they were guests or tenants or employees. No hot shower by the way.

GGuest UserI've stayed here many times before, and it's always been good value for money. However, this time I had two different key card issues twice, which was a hassle. Also, I couldn't figure out how to work the TV, so I wasn't able to watch it.

GGuest UserThe room was just fine and enough space for 4 of us, however there was no bidet in the toilet.. Hotel staffs are friendly.. And the price is really affordable.. We stayed here for 5 days, and they allowed us to early check in with minimal fee of 500..beds are comfy, they also clean rooms upon guests request.. The location is very accessible and there are several malls nearby the hotels..We Had a great stay here..thank you!
