It was a Saturday morning when our area were scheduled for a rotational brownout. We missed the social media announcement. But, to save the day to be worthwhile, we booked in this hostel. The Front Desk was so accommodating and even gave us complimentary early check in to ease ourselves from stress. The guards at the Front was so nice, too. The location is just at the Corner Entry to Cebu Business Park coming from Hipodromo. It is very convenient and accessible. The room was decent. The AC works well. The TV was WiFi-ready. The bed was comfortable. However, the shower was broken. The water spill on the valve between the main faucet and the overhead shower. The elevation of the guest room floor and the shower floor was too thin that makes the water from the shower to spill going to the room. The window was dirty with watermarks and dust-turned-cement residues. The towel hook was also out-of-place as a hanged towel will get when you turn on the shower. I think the planning was not carefully thought of. I do not know. The plus were the refrigerator and the microwave oven. It was a good try but might not come back.

We would like to share our experience during our recent stay. Unfortunately, it was not fully satisfactory. We checked in at 7:00 PM, but there was no consideration or flexibility regarding the check-out time, which was disappointing. The room also had a damaged faucet that should have been repaired prior to guest use. Although the room was advertised for five persons, we were only provided with one bed and one small foam on the floor, which was not comfortable for our group of three adults and two children. Additionally, the table in the room was small and only suitable for two persons, with only two chairs provided, which was not enough for our group. Overall, our stay did not meet our expectations. We would rate our experience at 75%. We hope management can address these concerns to improve future guest experiences.

We had a very pleasant stay at Tsai Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my visit. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. We I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, Tsai Hotel provided great value for money with excellent service and comfortable accommodations. The room smelled of cigarettes, probably from the old air conditioning. The hotel is very old and rundown, but if you're looking for something cheap for one night, it's okay. The beds are comfortable, and there's a supermarket and various attractions nearby.

Rooms were pretty big! Only issue was with pests coming out. I had a talk with their housekeeping team about what to do so that the issue will be resolved. Hopefully they take action.

I like that it is clean and has enough space for my things. The staff was nice. Only downside is that it is a bit far from the airport.

Location wise, near malls, fastfood, naa gyud sa cebter sa Colon & wifi is fast. Also cheap. Maybe good if 1 night stay or few hrs lang imo need. AC is super cold which is good. Only downside is you can hear the noise from outside, if naai mag lakaw-lakaw or mag storya dungog kai sa imong room and I didnt sleep well bcos of the noise. Daghan kaayo oatch ga chika chika Idk if they were guests or tenants or employees. No hot shower by the way.

I've stayed here many times before, and it's always been good value for money. However, this time I had two different key card issues twice, which was a hassle. Also, I couldn't figure out how to work the TV, so I wasn't able to watch it.

The location is very accessible. But the beddings are dirty, the toilet seat seems not cleaned and the floor is very sticky.
