Our Valentine’s stay at Citadines was truly memorable. The place had a warm, cozy, and relaxing atmosphere—perfect for spending quality time together. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, making us feel at home right away. What stood out the most was the excellent service. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more pleasant. The overall ambiance was calm and romantic, exactly what we were looking for during Valentine’s. Thank you, Citadines, for a lovely and stress-free stay. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely love to come back.

The Hotel and staff did really well during the Sinulog festival! They organised workshop and provided gifts and souvenirs. It is also very close to one of the main festival areas. The only disappointment was the kaldereta we ordered from the kitchen which was ridiculously small amount (1 piece of meat). However there are many restaurants nearby. Hairdryer needs extra payment of 100 peso per night.

We had a wonderful stay at Bayfront Hotel. The location is excellent—right across from SM City Cebu, making shopping, dining, and transportation very convenient. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the breakfast offered a good variety of delicious options. Overall, Bayfront Hotel provided great value for money, and I would gladly stay here again. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cebu for business or leisure.

Kasa Hotel will be considered our favorite especially for on the spot bookings or a week before the date of staying in the city. This is our nth time staying and booking here at kasa. Nothing changes, all goods from day one to check out. We will definitely stay at kasa soon. Thank you kasa Hotel and staff. See you soon! Great stay overall. The staff were faultless throughout, and the cleaning team did an excellent job. The room was very spacious, quiet, and had a great view, and the café food was consistently good. The location was also convenient. The only downside was the WiFi, which was practically non-existent despite staff providing multiple logins to try, and the bathroom tended to flood after showering, which seems fairly common in hotels in Cebu.

Pretty old hotel.The lobby is clean and tidy overall,but the check in is slow.We arrived 5 mins early and it took 20 mins for the reception to check us in.On the other hand ,the room and the bathroom is not well furnished.Cracks,Stains and watermarks are conspicuous.Wouldn’t recommend anyone who has over 50usd budget to stay in here.I would recommend paying 20 dollars more to get better service ,as well as better room environments .

Great Condotel near IT Park and a wide variety of other places. Swimming pool was amazing, Staff were freindly. Room was spacious and well equipped. Would recommend.

The staff were very kind, helping with luggage and showing me where to refill my water bottle. As for the bathroom, there's no shower curtain, but the water pressure isn't strong enough for water to splash everywhere. It was a bit of a shame to see some small rust spots, though.

I like that the location is close to the event I have attended. The staff are also friendly and approachable. It would have been better though if there were toiletries provided like may tissue. I like that there's available hot and cold water. I will still come back though. I still have plans of getting a room here on my next events.

Our stay in Richmond Plaza Hotel was excellent, i just want to suggest that we wish they would have hair blower, Kettle inside the room thats all. the staff are nice alsooooo kudos!
