Romantic Hotels in Cebu City

"Location is fantastic. But i was not happy with the mattress and the pillows. i have stayed in the hotel beside it which is slightly cheaper and had better mattress, better pillows and bigger room in comparison.. Overall this hotel is good. But another disappointment is no face towel in the bathroom and breakfast had no bacon which i look forward especially it's in the Philippines There is a stupid policy that this hotel practice. I wonder who is the smart ellect who implemented which is you need a departure slip in order to leave after checkout. I was already in a hurry rushing to get to the airport and had to wait 15 minutes to get a departure slip. These days modern hotels have fast checkout where we just throw in the key card but this hotel is still stuck with bureaucracy OMG"

"The hotel is located in the city center, which was very convenient as I was transferring to Moalboal the next day. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to the bus station. The hotel environment is clean, and the room comes with an umbrella. You can choose to have breakfast at the hotel or dine out. Breakfast costs 300 pesos per person and is a semi-buffet with a limited selection. I opted for breakfast at the hotel to save time. The hotel staff were all professional and patient."
