Truly beyond my expectations This hotel genuinely exceeded every expectation I had. The service was not just good the staff went above and beyond in ways that I honestly did not expect, even from a five-star hotel. Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly, attentive and meticulous. You can really feel that they care about the little details and the overall guest experience. One thing that really amazed me was the cleanliness and attention to detail in the room. The shower area was spotless every single time we returned to the hotel. Even when there were water marks and spots on the shower taps and head before we left the room, we would come back to find everything sparkling clean again. It was such a small detail, but it showed just how much effort the housekeeping team puts into maintaining the room. Honestly, this is the kind of attention to detail that you don’t even always expect from a five-star hotel. What impressed me even more was how thoughtfully they considered the needs of travellers. Knowing that guests would likely spend the entire day walking and exploring Dali, the hotel thoughtfully prepared soaking basins for guests to soak their legs after a long day. After hours of walking, coming back to the hotel and having this little comfort prepared for us was such a lovely touch. It showed that they weren’t simply providing a room, they were thinking about the entire experience of their guests. The food and drinks were another pleasant surprise. Breakfast had a wonderful variety, including their homemade yoghurt and soy milk, which were both delicious. During lunchtime, they also provided coffee and tea such a thoughtful touch when you’re out exploring for the day. And dinner was another highlight. Their homemade rose vinegar and wine were such unexpected and memorable touches. Everything felt carefully prepared and had a sense of warmth and authenticity that you don’t often find in hotels. What I appreciated most was the attention to detail throughout the entire stay. From the spotless room, thoughtful amenities and food, to the genuinely warm service, you could tell that the team truly cares about their guests. After travelling and staying in different hotels, I can honestly say this stay left a very strong impression on me. The combination of exceptional service, meticulous cleanliness, thoughtful details, wonderful food and genuinely friendly staff made this hotel stand out far beyond what I expected. If I ever return to Dali, I wouldn’t even need to think twice about where to stay. This would be my first choice, without hesitation. You truly went above and beyond. ❤️ 一次真正超出期待的入住体验 这次在大理入住这家酒店，真的让我非常惊喜。 酒店的服务完全超出了我的预期。每一位工作人员都非常亲切、热情，而且特别细心。最让我感动的是，他们对客人的照顾不是停留在“做好本职工作”，而是真的会去观察和理解客人的需求，把很多细节都提前想到了。 首先必须夸一下酒店的卫生和客房细节。 房间每天都保持得非常干净，尤其是浴室，真的让我印象深刻。前一天离开房间的时候，淋浴头和水龙头上明明还有一些水渍和水印，但我们每次回到酒店，看到的都是已经擦拭得闪闪发亮的淋浴头和水龙头，干净到几乎看不到一点痕迹。 这种程度的细致，说实话，甚至不是每一家五星级酒店都能做到。 另外一个让我觉得特别贴心的地方，是酒店真的有站在旅客的角度去想。 大理旅行每天走路的时间非常长，走一整天下来腿真的会很累。酒店竟然还提前准备了泡脚盆，让客人晚上回来可以泡泡腿、放松一下。这个细节真的让我觉得很暖心。因为这已经不只是“提供一个房间”了，而是在认真考虑客人整个旅程中的体验。 早餐也非常丰富，选择很多，而且还有酒店自制的酸奶和豆浆，都很好喝。中午还有咖啡和茶可以享用，让人觉得非常舒服、贴心。 晚餐同样让我有惊喜，酒店还有自制的玫瑰醋自制葡萄酒。这些小小的细节其实非常难得，也让整个入住体验多了一份温度和自己的特色。 整趟入住下来，我最深的感受就是：这家酒店真的很用心。 从房间的卫生、工作人员的态度，到餐饮、泡脚盆这些看似不起眼的小细节，每一样都能感受到他们是在认真对待客人，而不是单纯把服务流程做完而已。 这次入住让我觉得，酒店真正厉害的地方并不只是硬件，而是愿意站在客人的角度，把很多客人甚至没有开口说出来的需求都提前想到了。 如果以后还有机会再来大理，我完全不会需要考虑住哪一家酒店。 这里一定会是我的第一选择。 非常感谢酒店的每一位工作人员，让我们这次的大理之旅多了一份舒适、放松和温暖。这样的服务，真的值得五星好评！❤️

If you want to have the best stay near Erhai lake, look no further 🤩 Absolutely amazing homestay with a beautiful view! Rooms are spacious, we even got a room upgrade for free 😍 the private terrace view even in rainy weather is just perfect! The stuff is so friendly and helpful, you can easily communicate through WeChat and solve any problems👍 Location is great, lots of great photo spots and cafe's are all around Breakfast was really good, especially for rainy or gloomy morning 🌅 They also have delicious coffee and dessert that you can have in your room or on a terrace 🤤 And we really enjoyed the huge screen with a projector, excellent for movie night 🎥

The room exceeded my expectations – it was clean and beautiful. The host was incredibly welcoming, and there are two gentle and adorable cats at the property you can pet to your heart's content. Breakfast had a great variety, and you could communicate any specific requests. The dining times were also very flexible, so coming early or late was never an issue. The guesthouse is right next to Erhai Lake's Xiaoputuo, so you step out to amazing scenery, and it's super convenient to get to all the attractions. Highly recommend!

This is a newly opened hotel, and the cleanliness was impeccable, truly nothing to complain about. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. This room offered a fantastic view directly overlooking Erhai Lake. Just a few steps from the hotel, there's a park across the street where you can enjoy playing in the water and taking photos by the lake. Outside the room, there's a pavilion, a large lounge area, and a soaking tub, all with direct views of Erhai Lake. It was so relaxing to chat with friends here. The service was also excellent; they even provided an afternoon tea.

We had a wonderful stay at Distant Home · Azure View Xunshan Jihai | Full Sea View Luxury Wilderness Homestay and highly recommend it! The room features a stunning Erhai view and Little Putor is only few minutes walking distance. A super comfortable bed that guarantees a good night's sleep. As someone traveling with heavy luggage, having an elevator was an absolute lifesaver. The room comes with all the necessary amenities, and the location makes it very easy to hail a taxi or Didi. Simple breakfast provided was the perfect start to the day. Great value and hospitality!”

Dali Erhai's Stunning Guesthouse | Gentle Seas and Mountains Hidden in the Wind Heading to Dali, the luckiest thing was staying at this incredibly soothing sea-view guesthouse. With a 270° panoramic sea view, the expansive floor-to-ceiling windows perfectly frame the entire Erhai Lake. Waking up to a thin mist rolling over the water in the morning, and watching the sunset kiss the Cangshan mountains in the evening, with the sea breeze drifting in through the window – all the dust and fatigue are gently smoothed away by the mountains and the sea. The guesthouse owner is incredibly kind and warm, approachable and thoughtful, patiently explaining everything. She makes you feel as comfortable as if you're with an old friend, bringing a sense of peace even when you're far from home. In the morning, nothing beats a bowl of the guesthouse's homemade rice noodles. The broth is savory and rich, with an authentic, flavorful taste that truly captures a sense of local life. A warm bowl of rice noodles, accompanied by the full view of Erhai Lake – it's simple and unpretentious, yet enough to heal an entire journey. Sleeping to the sound of the sea breeze, spending days amidst the mountains and sea – with healing scenery, warm hospitality, and comforting food, this was the most unforgettable stay in Dali. I genuinely recommend it to anyone heading to Erhai Lake.

Choosing the right accommodation is so important when traveling to Dali! This guesthouse has an amazing environment with expansive views of Erhai Lake. The rooms are clean and bright. We paid a bit extra to upgrade to a sea-view room, and it definitely made a difference. The decor is thoughtfully done, and the hygiene details are top-notch. The butler was warm, attentive, and provided meticulous service. The atmosphere is fantastic – it’s our top choice for a vacation. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we come to Dali!

Stayed for two days and completely exceeded expectations! The room is more beautiful than the photo, the details are attentive, and the bedding is comfortable enough to not want to get up. The landlord is very enthusiastic, and the recommended private restaurants are all delicious without stepping on thunder. The small courtyard is very exquisitely maintained. I will stay here next time. I have already recommended it to my friends!

The hotel was kind enough to upgrade our room for our two night stay, which was a lovely surprise! They also provide unlimited refills of soft drinks, coffee and drinking water. There are quite a few complimentary services included, such as free photography around the hotel, daily high tea and goodnight soup, which made the stay feel extra special. The view from the hotel is absolutely superb and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The bathtub could have been a little cleaner, but overall, the room was comfortable and we had a very pleasant stay. The only downside is the location, as there are not many restaurants nearby. You may need to walk around 20 to 30 minutes towards Putuo to find more food options. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel, especially for the beautiful view and thoughtful complimentary services!

Hygiene: A very clean hotel. Facilities: Well-equipped. Environment: The rooftop public terrace is just as good as any internet-famous spot. Service: The owner and staff are all very kind and patient. We received afternoon tea and welcome fruit upon check-in, and breakfast every day was freshly prepared. Hope to see you again in Dali!
