"My sister and I stayed at Hyatt Place Gothenburg during one of the hottest weekends of the year, and we had a fantastic experience. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around and explore the city. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. We also made good use of the bar facilities, which had a lovely atmosphere, and all of the staff we encountered were friendly, welcoming, and helpful at all times. A special mention goes to the receptionist, who took the time to ask about our plans while we were in Gothenburg. She suggested a few changes to our itinerary and recommended some local attractions we hadn’t considered. We followed her advice, and it genuinely made our trip even better—we had an excellent time and really appreciated her local knowledge. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would happily stay here again. I would definitely recommend Hyatt Place Gothenburg to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel with excellent customer service."

"They charged me a 2900 cancellation fee because I added an extra guest. It was originally a double room, so why the cancellation fee? They only gave me two bottles of water for a five-day stay, saying the tap water was drinkable. They didn't change the bedsheets every day either. Do they really have so many customers they don't care about losing some? This place is truly garbage."

"We booked this hotel ladt minute as our flight was cancelled. Front desk staff Helene was very helpful showing us around, and making sure our stay was pleasant. You can see the panoramic view of Gothenberg at your room or at the 33/F restaurant. Everything is perfect, and the hotel has delivered its 4-star standard."

"The air conditioning was too loud and wouldn't completely turn off for a break. I felt a bit claustrophobic in this room, and the window was too small. The furniture was too dark. The sink wasn't ergonomic; everything always got wet because the rim was so wide that you had to lean over, and then water would splash out. My wife didn't perceive everything the same way I did. The breakfast area was very nice, open, and pleasant. Overall, it's a mixed bag, unfortunately, I can't stay in this cramped room again, not willingly."

"It was a bad experience. There were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, or drinking water, and the towels and bedsheets were not changed. There was also no parking space. I assumed the space in front of the hotel belonged to the hotel, so I parked next to the cars already there. Unfortunately, I found a violation on the car window. I hope the hotel management will take this review seriously so they can address these mistakes."
