"I originally wanted to go golfing, but unfortunately it rained all the time during the wrong season, so I had to try the driving range. Affected by the three-year epidemic, there are some tropical signs on the surface of the resort house, which is due to lack of maintenance. "Pros: The location is decent, not too far from the airport or the city center, and there's a bus stop nearby. The pool view is nice, and the hotel's facility discounts are also valid at the neighboring Tsubaki Tower. Cons: I had anticipated that the facilities would be old, but the bathtub and sink were genuinely dirty, with a lot of grime and rust. Even though the windows weren't open, there was a damp, moldy smell as soon as I entered the room, and returning to the room each of the three nights really put a damper on my mood. What was most infuriating was that the room wasn't cleaned on the second day after check-in. I called housekeeping, but no one came. I also spoke with the front desk, but still no one came. Not only was the room not cleaned, but the towels weren't even replaced. It was only on the third day that I saw the room next door being cleaned and asked the staff for some new towels. Having stayed at so many hotels in Japan, I've never encountered such poor service quality – it was truly shocking. And the towels had some unknown stains on them, yet they weren't replaced daily. Compared to the price I paid, the value for money was incredibly low. Although I haven't stayed at a JAL hotel before, I definitely won't be choosing this one for future domestic trips in Japan. A truly terrible travel experience!"

"I've been to Guam more than 10 times, but this was my first stay at PIC! Since it's usually catered to families, and I often travel alone or with friends, I usually stayed at other hotels. Overall, though, I loved it! The room condition is a bit lacking compared to other beachfront hotels (such as the bedding, floor condition, and no complimentary toothbrush set provided). However, perhaps because it's popular with Korean tourists, there are plenty of Korean side dishes at the restaurant. Best of all, the facilities like kayaking, snorkeling, and the water slides are super attractive. A huge plus is that you can still use the facilities even after checking out if you want to. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Guam! The beach condition was also amazing."
