已經住了美迪亞酒店很多次了，豪華大床房和行政大床房都住過，這次確實感到比較失望，除了前台工作人員服務非常好以外其他都很失望。 剛開業不久我就住過咱們家酒店，能感覺到服務用心，房間打掃也比較乾淨，停車也比較方便，我對咱們家一直評價都比較高，屬於我平常的首選。但是這次入住讓我很失望，首先是衞生問題，居然能夠在衞生間內發現煙頭，而且數量不少，明顯就是沒有打掃，前台工作人員處理問題比較到位，及時升房。 升房之後仍然有一些問題： 1. 衞生依舊較差，牀頭櫃有明顯灰塵，用紙擦過很黑，鞋櫃有臟污，而且明顯是什麼東西撒上去幹了之後的痕跡，完全沒擦過。 2. 房間在五點左右能明顯聽到二樓剁菜以及類似吸油煙機的聲音，噪音很大。 3. 餐廳工作人員服務態度差，一進屋就來一句：早餐券給我，橫的不行，我花錢多訂的早餐券還得跟你客客氣氣的嗎。 住酒店要的就是衞生服務，噪音的問題是換的房離二樓餐廳廚房比較近，屬於硬性問題，可以理解，但是衞生和餐廳服務現在變的這麼差，我覺得咱們確實應該好好加強員工培訓了。

6 months ago we were at Daqing. We tried 3 hotels, then we decided to stay in Xuda. The hotel is clean, service is good. So, this trip we picked Xuda ( Liming Lake) again. Though it is winter time, staff are warm n friendly. We highly recommend this hotel.
