GGuest UserIn short, the amenities and service experience were absolutely perfect. I chose this hotel blindly, and it turned out to be a hidden gem with its full Chinese-style decor, winding paths, and breathtaking beauty – a truly ancient and rustic treasure. The gentle and serene butler ladies arranged everything I requested in advance. I even got a free upgrade from a king-size bed to a suite, and the amenities were high-end and elegant (for example, the coffee cups were Dior). Compared to other hotels I've stayed at in the same price range, this one definitely stands out with its unique character. Plus, breakfast is a set menu; while it lacks an overwhelming variety, the wontons, green bean and pork pancakes, and noodle soup made by the local auntie were truly delicious. The only minor drawback is that dinner has no menu, and the fixed dishes are more Western-style rather than local specialties. On my first night, I provided the ideas, and the kitchen then prepared and cooked the dishes. I hope there will be some changes next time I visit, haha.

GGuest UserVery friendly and great hospitality by the owners. They are friendly and helpful and gave us a food and attraction strategy guide which was very useful as our purpose in Hengdian was to visit the major filming studios. The estate was located deep in a neighbourhood area and we have a small problem locating the front entrance desk. Currently they are still doing upgrading to the estate with gardens and swimming pool (refer to photo). I'm sure it will look amazing once completed. The estate was built in 2023 from the ground up and was designed by the same designer who did the Qin Palace. No wonder this homestay has this ancient building look. The room was pretty nice but I find the bed to be too stiff. I'm used to a soft and cushy kind of bed back home and couldn't sleep well for the 3 nights we are there. My family members have no such problem though. Homemade breakfast was provided everyday by 1 of the cleaner cum cook lady. She was super friendly and the food are fantastic and healthy. This is definitely worth a look if you are looking for accomodation in Hengdian and want to experience a more localised feel compared to a standard hotel stay.

GGuest UserI was very satisfied with my stay. The front desk staff greeted us warmly, the bedding in the room was excellent, and the soundproofing was great. Upon arrival, they welcomed us with a refreshing cup of tea—a lovely gesture! Breakfast hours were ample, and the restaurant staff maintained the same friendly attitude. Every time we passed by the front desk, they offered polite greetings. The check-out process was seamless, and they even provided a thoughtful complimentary bottle of water. 👍👍

The lobby is modern and chic, with soft lighting, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The friendly attitude of the front desk staff and the quick and efficient check-in process made me feel at home.
My room is located on the standard floor of the hotel. The room is elegant and practical. The bed is soft and comfortable, which allows me to have a good dream every night. The facilities in the room are also very modern, including smart TV, high-speed wireless network and spacious bathroom, which add a lot of convenience to my stay.
The hotel's catering service is also satisfactory. The breakfast is rich in variety, with fresh fruits and breads, as well as hot coffee and tea, which meets all my breakfast needs. For dinner, I tried the specialty restaurant in the hotel. The dishes are unique and the dishes are exquisitely presented, which made me enjoy an unforgettable dining experience.
In addition, the hotel is also in a very advantageous location, with convenient transportation around, shopping and entertainment facilities. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, this is an ideal choice.

JJCF6866Having just checked out, I couldn't wait to write this review. I need to express my warmest thanks to Home Inn (Dream Valley Store) for the incredibly thoughtful experience they provided – especially for their heartwarming assistance during a heavy rainstorm in Hengdian.
On the evening of June 27th, 2025, a sudden downpour hit as we were leaving the Bund scenic area, leaving my elderly parents and children stranded. After nearly 40 minutes of unsuccessfully trying to hail a taxi or rideshare, and in my growing desperation, I contacted the Home Inn Business Hotel (Dream Valley Store) where we were staying.
Upon hearing our predicament, the front desk attendant, Xiao Zhu, immediately and unhesitatingly promised to help. Just one minute later, she called back with amazing news: 'The hotel manager is on his way, driving his personal car to pick you up!'
Eighteen minutes later, the manager arrived in the pouring rain. He immediately put us at ease with his warm and reassuring demeanor. Upon our arrival back at the hotel, the front desk had warm water ready and waiting for us.
From their decisive promise, to the manager's rescue in the pouring rain, and even the thoughtful gesture of warm water, Home Inn Hengdian truly went above and beyond service, demonstrating the very best of human kindness. My deepest gratitude goes to the manager, the front desk staff, and all the employees!

KKikishaThe hotel room was comfortable, and the entire check-in process was super quick. Seeing us with all our bags, a staff member (Xiao Z) proactively helped us with our luggage, and their attitude was incredibly warm and thoughtful. There are 8 large washer-dryers on the first floor, which saved me so much hassle. The laundry detergent also smelled great – it was incredibly convenient for me, especially traveling with kids who get their clothes dirty so fast. Washing and drying everything in just over an hour was a lifesaver! When I didn't pick up my clothes in time, the staff had already washed, dried, and folded them for me [thumbs up]. The water pressure in the room's shower was also very strong – showering was amazing! Staying here, it's super easy to get to the scenic spots. Qinwang Palace and Qingming Cultural Park are just a short walk away. We played for two days and still felt like we hadn't seen enough of the attractions. Next time I come back to explore the parts we missed, I will definitely choose to stay at the Crystal Hotel again. The kids had a blast, and I did too! Highly recommend!

Your friends can also come to take pictures here and have a great time with you. Also the room has a great elegant, sophisticated and cute style. GGuest UserThe tents are unique, very warm, and even have air conditioning. The soundproofing is also decent, and the valley is quite quiet. There are plenty of outdoor playground facilities for children, a children's castle inside the hot spring valley, and kiln-baked bread and coffee. Parking is limited, but you can drive further in to park on the roadside, or take a shuttle bus or walk (it's very close). Breakfast consists of freshly cooked noodles, rice noodles, and wontons; most other basic items are also available. However, the restaurant seating is limited, so you may have to wait when it's crowded.

AAnonymous UserI came to Hengdian to run a marathon. This is my second time staying at the Orange Hotel under Huazhuhui. The last time was in Hohhot. The standards are very consistent. I am super satisfied with it in every aspect. The layout of the room, the uniform color matching, all kinds of small orange details, The comfort of the bedding and bath towels, the intelligent design of the room lighting, and everything else, I am particularly satisfied with. I will stay in other cities in the future~
