"I was quite satisfied with my stay. I booked two nights at the hotel plus unlimited access to the scenic spots for five days, and they even provided two bags of welcome fruits. The transportation is convenient; you can walk to Dream Valley, Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival, and Qin Palace. A taxi to the northern scenic spots costs less than ten yuan. The hotel's Chinese restaurant is affordable and delicious, and the breakfast offers a wide variety, with the savory meat buns and bread being particularly tasty. The lobby staff were also very enthusiastic. Although the hotel is a bit old and the facilities are dated, the hygiene conditions are acceptable. The only downsides were a strong odor near the elevators and some dirt on the room carpets. They provide foaming hand soap, clean very frequently, and are generous with water. Overall, the attention to detail for this price range is excellent. I would definitely stay here again if I get the chance to visit Hengdian. My only regret is that the hotel front desk forgot to remind me that my tickets included a chance to draw for a set visit opportunity, and I was busy rushing to the scenic spots and forgot myself, which is a bit of a shame."

"The hotel is located directly within the scenic area, granting guests unlimited free entry and exit throughout their stay. During closing hours, food delivery comes directly to your room; during opening hours, it's delivered to the front desk. However, even the furthest rooms are only a 10-15 minute walk from reception, with some as close as 2-3 minutes. Rooms are scattered throughout the scenic area, each with a different style, and I'd estimate the tallest buildings are no more than three stories. Do note that some rooms lack elevators, and while it's only one or two flights of stairs, it might be inconvenient for elderly guests or those with young children, so it's best to specify your needs when booking. The scenic area itself is mainly for sightseeing, costume photography, and enjoying shows and activities. It's not huge but is well-laid out; you can walk the entire park in about an hour. The NPCs are dedicated and enthusiastic, engaging well with visitors and creating a lively atmosphere. A special shout-out to the ever-present 'landlady' (Baozupo character) for her warm service, fulfilling all sorts of small wishes for the kids – truly appreciated! Three things to note: 1. Since it's located within the Guangzhou Street scenic area and themed around various film and TV dramas, don't set your expectations too high for room size or internal facilities. 2. There are restaurants, a supermarket, and milk tea shops within the park. You won't go hungry, and prices aren't outrageous, but don't expect gourmet dining. Even food delivery options are limited, as Hengdian is essentially just a town. 3. This place is ideal for those who enjoy costume photography and family trips. If you're looking for deep cultural immersion or natural tranquility, this might not be the best choice."

"What a stroke of luck! As soon as we checked in, we met the legendary 'landlady' (bao zu po), who warmly escorted us to our room. We were absolutely delighted with the room we booked this time; it had two balconies facing different directions, offering a constant view of the performances 🎭. All the hotel staff were very friendly, and the concierge group chat was incredibly convenient, with super-fast responses. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next visit!"

"Five-star review! The hotel's location is super convenient – it's quiet despite being in a bustling area. Downstairs there's a night market and pedestrian street, but it's not noisy at all at night. It's also within 3km of all five major attractions. The staff were very friendly, providing free purified water every day and helping with trash disposal. The room was spotless upon entry, the bedding was just the right softness, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation with instant hot water for showers. Both the hardware facilities and software service are well worth the price. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance!"

"This Orange Crystal hotel, newly opened in 2025, definitely has top-notch decor and facilities. However, it seems to be an old building that's been renovated, so it doesn't hold up to close scrutiny. The reason for not giving a full 5 stars is the hygiene; I simply can't give it a perfect score. As soon as you get upstairs, there's a strange smell in the hallway. The cleanliness in the room could be improved, and the same goes for the restaurant… you could clearly see water stains, oil stains, and wipe marks on the placemats and tabletops. Let's talk about the 15% discount on tickets. It's a pretty good promotion, but only adult tickets were eligible for the discount, with no children's tickets available for purchase. If you wanted the 15% off, you had to buy adult tickets for everyone. Later, I realized that a 1-adult-1-child annual pass was the most cost-effective option, so people can choose based on their own situation. After comparing prices across various platforms, we found a coupon on Trip.com and ended up buying a package deal there. The bar area in the room deserves a special mention! You can enjoy making your own pour-over coffee, and the tea set also adds a nice touch. The amenities in a new hotel are indeed quite good. Suggestion: The air conditioning in the elevator and the hallway leading to the restaurant could be turned up; it felt a bit stuffy."

It's located in the city center, and there are many good restaurants downstairs. The Century Lianhua supermarket across the street has a great breakfast option.
