GGuest UserIn short, the amenities and service experience were absolutely perfect. I chose this hotel blindly, and it turned out to be a hidden gem with its full Chinese-style decor, winding paths, and breathtaking beauty – a truly ancient and rustic treasure. The gentle and serene butler ladies arranged everything I requested in advance. I even got a free upgrade from a king-size bed to a suite, and the amenities were high-end and elegant (for example, the coffee cups were Dior). Compared to other hotels I've stayed at in the same price range, this one definitely stands out with its unique character. Plus, breakfast is a set menu; while it lacks an overwhelming variety, the wontons, green bean and pork pancakes, and noodle soup made by the local auntie were truly delicious. The only minor drawback is that dinner has no menu, and the fixed dishes are more Western-style rather than local specialties. On my first night, I provided the ideas, and the kitchen then prepared and cooked the dishes. I hope there will be some changes next time I visit, haha.

GGouzidehuayangqingchunFacilities: The washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, and induction hob are all available and very complete. It's incredibly convenient for those who need to stay for an extended period.
Cleanliness: Clean, hygienic, neat, and comfortable.
Environment: This is probably one of the best-environment hotels in Hengdian. The decor is modern and minimalist, and it's quite suitable for taking photos. I even took a celebrity-style photo in the elevator.
Service: Whether it's the front desk on the first floor or the hotel front desk on the third floor, the service is excellent. They even upgraded my room type and gave me some snacks. Every time I left, there was a young man at the main entrance who would open the door for me.

GGuest UserVery friendly and great hospitality by the owners. They are friendly and helpful and gave us a food and attraction strategy guide which was very useful as our purpose in Hengdian was to visit the major filming studios. The estate was located deep in a neighbourhood area and we have a small problem locating the front entrance desk. Currently they are still doing upgrading to the estate with gardens and swimming pool (refer to photo). I'm sure it will look amazing once completed. The estate was built in 2023 from the ground up and was designed by the same designer who did the Qin Palace. No wonder this homestay has this ancient building look. The room was pretty nice but I find the bed to be too stiff. I'm used to a soft and cushy kind of bed back home and couldn't sleep well for the 3 nights we are there. My family members have no such problem though. Homemade breakfast was provided everyday by 1 of the cleaner cum cook lady. She was super friendly and the food are fantastic and healthy. This is definitely worth a look if you are looking for accomodation in Hengdian and want to experience a more localised feel compared to a standard hotel stay.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very close to Qin Palace, just a 2-minute walk away. The suite is decorated very luxuriously, and the living room is extremely spacious, perfect for moving around. Each room has its own bathroom, which is clean and hygienic. The service was exceptional; they helped reserve a parking spot for me. I had sent a large quantity of goods ahead of time, and they were all neatly organized and moved into the living room. When I checked out, I still had several unused boxes, and they even helped me arrange their handover to the logistics company. It was incredibly hassle-free!

The ambiance is elegant and stylish, the bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful. I was very satisfied with my stay. The location is convenient, the room is clean, and the front desk staff are warm and thoughtful. I'll definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserSuper fun! This was one of the theme hotels that were hidden on the Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street set. Appropriately, the Rosslyn Hotels' brand icon is the Landlady from Kungfu Hustle.
Upon arrival, you check in at the North Gate's Tourist Services Desk. The concierge welcomed me with a complimentary bag of fresh fruit and asking me to add their butler (Housekeeper Xiao Xiao) to my WeChat. If I needed anything, I just had to text the Housekeeper Xiao Xiao (who was super helpful with all my questions (in English) during my stay). Then the bellhop whisked me away, via golf cart, to my hotel.
There were several hidden hotels, with different themes, throughout the set.
The bellhop took me through an unassuming door among into what looked like an empty set, and up an elevator to the room floors.
The walkway offered a lovely view of the Ming Qing Palace set next door. The rooms were supposed to be themed as Guangzhou and Hong Kong in the 70s and 80s, but could easily pass for old Shanghai.
The room was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable, the shower has nice and hot and with fantastic water pressure. The room has some of the largest closet space that I have seen in any hotel. The WiFi worked without the need to register a local cellphone number (I've found that many other hotels, in China, offered free WiFi, but you need to verify with an ID code text to you. The texts never come through to my U.S. phone number, so I have never been able to take advantage of free WiFi; that is until I got to this hotel.) The little details were delightful surprises around every corner. They always refer to guests as ”laoshi” (an honorific of teacher, or master, bestowed to actors) or as ”starlet”. Not gonna lie, I really wanted to take home the pair of the room's bone china cups.
The stay also comes with very decent breakfast buffet that had both Chinese and western dishes. They will even make you fresh wontons and noodle soups to order. The restaurants in the park are not great and quite expensive by China's standard. I recommend loading up at the more tasty free breakfast to power through the day.
The hotel's location was very convenient for touring Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street; which had very lively evening shows. (As you walk through the streets, look at the stores' signs and test your TV shows and movie knowledge by finding the Easter eggs.) The Qing Ming Palace Set is across the street from the Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street's South Gateon the other side of the park (don't worry, it's not that far). To access the other sets, you can take their shuttle, but it does not come around very often. It's more efficient to get a Didi.
Overall, it was a magical stay of being in the movies.

GGuest UserOn the fourth day of the new year, it was quiet and full of wild fun. It was very suitable for bringing children. The two babies had a great time. When arriving at the room card, first play the various facilities of the camp, feed the alpaca deer, eat baked bread, and play badminton on the grass. Then I took the room card and sent it to the room by shuttle bus. The little brother was very caring. The first time I stayed in a tent hotel, the floor heating and air conditioning were very effective. The tent was hot enough to wear pajamas and kick the quilt. The bathroom is far from the simple and narrowness of the Inner Mongolia tourist yurt, very clean, and there is a bathtub (although the hot spring is actually not used). Put down your luggage and go to the hotel reception desk to enter the hot spring directly. At night, you can watch the Hengdian Circus. The room is free of charge and the added value is very high. Breakfast is also very good. You can punch in the Qin Palace early the next morning. The distance is very close. It takes 7 or 8 minutes to drive. You can open the park directly to avoid the crowd. When entering the store, there are welcome fruits, refrigerator drinks and snacks in the small cupboard for free, and the New Year gift package is also given when leaving the store. In short, the emotional value is also full. After the expected value was lowered in this famous scenic spot in Hengdian, it was too powerful to harvest all kinds of respect. Next time I have the opportunity to brush Hengdian, I will come to your house. I hope the tent is well maintained, and the toilet is better.

GGuest UserTraveling with my parents, accommodation is always a top priority, and booking Orange Crystal this time was a very wise decision. As soon as we entered the lobby, my mom praised how 'bright and spacious' the hotel was. The staff were exceptionally friendly; seeing that we had two rooms, they proactively arranged them together, which was very convenient. Staff member Xiao Z was also very helpful, offering to carry our luggage, which was very nice. The room facilities are very new, the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and there are even fluffy non-slip mats – the attention to detail is excellent. The mattress firmness was just right; my parents said they slept even more soundly than they do at home. The breakfast selection was very rich, with Chinese options like porridge and steamed buns, as well as Western bread. My dad had the freshly made wontons and praised them repeatedly. The hotel's location is also very convenient, close to scenic spots and dining areas. Walking back with my parents in the evening, the entire route was picturesque. This will definitely be our top choice again for future family trips.
