This is by far the best guesthouse I've ever stayed in! The owners are incredibly warm and thoughtful. The guesthouse itself is beautifully and uniquely decorated, with antique wooden carvings. After chatting with the owner, I learned he's a designer and designed the guesthouse himself. The breakfast, though simple-looking, was freshly handmade by the auntie every morning – so delicious and much better than those pre-made options! The room and bedding were spotless, and the location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk from nearby attractions, so we just walked everywhere. First time I've written such a long review, haha! I'll definitely be back!!

Staying with my kids at the Longjing Puyuan Hidden Villa Hotel in Hengdian World Studios was a fantastic experience! We were lucky enough to get a complimentary upgrade to a 90sqm duplex suite with two large beds. The space was incredibly generous, and the facilities were top-notch, allowing my child to run around and play happily upstairs and downstairs. The hotel's location is perfect, very close to the scenic spots, making getting around super convenient. The service was incredibly thoughtful; the staff were warm and professional, even helping us prepare children's amenities. Although breakfast was a set meal, it was nutritious and satisfying for the whole family! My child absolutely loved the outdoor playground in the courtyard and didn't want to leave. This family trip was made so much easier and more enjoyable thanks to this hotel. Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended Stay in Hengdian! I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hengdian. The location is excellent—just about a 10-minute walk to Qin Palace and Dream Valley. There are convenience stores nearby, plenty of restaurants, Hanfu rental studios, and Youyi Photo Studio, making it very convenient for travelers and photoshoot enthusiasts. What impressed me the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to approach. They even upgraded us to a family room, which made our stay even more comfortable. The amenities were complete, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day. The room was cleaned daily, water and toiletries were replenished, and towels were replaced regularly. The best part? The manager went above and beyond by helping me purchase Zhang Linghe’s Molison eyeglasses! ❤️😍 As a fan, I was so happy. I also received lots of Zhang Linghe freebies, which was such a thoughtful surprise. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service, convenience, and hospitality. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it! If you’re planning to stay in Hengdian, I highly recommend this hotel.

Five stars, highly recommend! The tent experience was absolutely divine 🌌. The environment is tranquil and stunning, backed by green mountains with expansive views. During the day, you're fully immersed in nature, creating an incredible atmosphere. The tent itself was clean, tidy, and odorless, with spacious and comfortable interiors. The air conditioning works great, and the private bathroom has plenty of hot water. The bedding is soft and luxurious, perfectly blending glamping romance with hotel comfort – no feeling of being rudimentary here at all. The butler service was thoughtful and attentive, responding promptly and meticulously to every need. The surrounding scenery is incredibly photogenic and super healing. It's the perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle, offering maximum relaxation and healing. An excellent choice for a getaway, I'll definitely be back!

I booked a deluxe king room, and the front desk upgraded me to a suite. The room was well-equipped, and it would be perfectly fine for a short stay. We stayed for two nights, and I have a few comments about the room itself: On the first night, we did laundry, but the washing machine was incredibly dirty and stained my clothes. It felt like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Other visible areas, however, seemed clean. We opted for the package that included two breakfasts. For 1200 per night, many reviews mentioned the breakfast being rich and delicious, but honestly, I found it quite mediocre and flavorless. It wasn't good at all. I even ordered a bowl of noodle soup, and it tasted like plastic. Parking was free, and when we ordered takeout, a robot delivered it right to our door, which was a nice and convenient feature.

The hotel lobby service was warm and friendly, and luggage storage was quick and convenient. The hotel must have been very busy recently, but the staff were very efficient in helping us check in and store our luggage. The hotel room hygiene was also very clean. The environment is quite good, and I would choose to stay here again next time. The scenic spots are also very close too.

The room I was given wasn't big, but I really liked the layout. Although small, it was quite charming, and the decor was comfortable and made me feel safe. The air conditioning was great, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The service was also very good; they served porridge in the evening, and since it was the Dragon Boat Festival when I stayed, they had zongzi (sticky rice dumplings) for breakfast. They even gave me a small sachet upon check-out – very thoughtful! The only downside was that the toilet flushing was a little loud, but it didn't affect usability. Overall, it was great value for money. There's a shopping mall nearby, and parking at the hotel is quite convenient.

The hotel upgraded our room, which was much bigger than I expected. It had everything: a wardrobe, a desk, a chaise lounge, and a fridge. The breakfast spread was also excellent, so we didn't have to worry about finding food. They gave us fruit and snacks upon check-in, and mouthwash and hand cream when we checked out. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely come back. Oh, and the hotel is right next to the Grand Circus, which is super convenient!
