GGuest UserWe had a very comfortable stay in Hotel Carlton. It’s my third time to stay there. The location is fantastic. The whole experience is special. The rooms are very spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room are very much appreciated. The little bar is nice for a nightcap after a night out. I’ll certainly stay again

GGuest UserFantastic hotel , spotlessly clean and room cleaned with towels changed although we were only there for 2 nights . Breakfast was Fantastic, a great selection to choose from and ideally located not too far from the town. Staff were also lovely and friendly , very helpful .

GGuest UserHotel is great. Now buying here is very complicated. I asked for an extra bed and paid for it. When I got there, the room couldn't have an extra bed. On top of that, it had two beds when I asked for king size.

GGuest UserIt is clean and friendly. The room condition is good for the price. (Hotels with the same price near Abando Station have smaller rooms for the same price) You can walk to major tourist attractions and public transportation is good, so it was convenient for sightseeing.

WWHYhuwaWhen booking, I specifically looked for a relatively new hotel. There is a subway downstairs. ** compatriots can go to San Mame Stadium to watch the game in three subway stops. The British Palace Mall is across the road. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the old town. It is very convenient. The hotel does not have a parking lot. The public parking lot is a little more than 10 minutes away. There are many restaurants and cafes around, which is super convenient for eating.

SshippmanThe location is very good, I feel that this is a veteran five-star hotel with a strong Basque style design. The suite I stayed in, the room was large, the view was good, and there was a garage in the ground. Maybe the room is not new enough, but it is well maintained. Next to the park, walk to the Basque Museum for 5 minutes and Guggenheim for 10 minutes. I recommend.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very clean and the service is good. Because of the long business trip, I was a little confused about the itinerary. I should have checked out but didn't. I didn't realize I should have checked out until I went to the hotel at 2 or 3 in the afternoon and couldn't get in. After explaining the situation to the hotel, I didn't incur any fees. It's more humane than domestic hotels.

GGangganerIt's just across the street from San Mames Stadium, so it's the first choice for watching football. The front desk staff are also very welcoming. Although the room is not big, it is clean and has good lighting. There are several restaurants downstairs, which is very convenient for eating. There is a large grocery store on the next street, which is very convenient for shopping. In the early morning, I went to the airport front desk to help call a taxi. Good experience.

WWEIThe hotel is located in the surrounding area of Bilbao City. Close to the World Heritage Biss Bridge, 5 minutes walk. Be sure to spend 0.45 euro to experience the unique bridge crossing of the Biss Bridge. The castle-style hotel is luxuriously decorated, the rooms are comfortable and bright, and the bathroom is beautiful. The hotel has an underground parking lot and free parking around. The surrounding area is obviously a tourist attraction area with churches and old streets.
