Location is on the Center excellent with a view on the main square , next to all shops , 10 min from the museum, very nice quiet rooms . Excellent breakfast . Garage for 36 euros per day

Best hotel I have stayed!!! Thank you very much for every detail specially for the baby. There was a cot, baby bath, all bathroom amenities for the baby and ever to milk heated! We truly appreciate this! Better hotel than 5star hotels in Barcelona, London and Madrid!!! The concierge team were so helpful too :)

The location is very convenient, only around a 10-minute walk from Bilbao city centre. Breakfast was excellent, with both made-to-order options and a buffet. There was also a great variety of fresh fruit. The front desk staff and breakfast team were all very friendly and welcoming. Although my room faced a residential area, it was surprisingly quiet with almost no noise at all. The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and I had a very pleasant stay here.

Excellent location, right across from the river and close to shops. The room was large, beautiful, comfortable, and clean, with very comfortable pillows – they even offered three options! Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. There's also a bar and restaurant on site. We loved everything!

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and enthusiastic when we checked in, asking if we needed a map and briefly explaining the surrounding routes. The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low, and switching between the showerhead settings required some guesswork. Breakfast had a decent variety of choices. It's only about a ten-minute walk from the Guggenheim Museum and the airport bus stop. It would have been better if they had provided information about the airport bus service being suspended on May 1st, as we checked out on Labor Day and waited at the bus stop for over half an hour for nothing.

The room was spacious, the hotel environment was excellent, and the breakfast was varied and plentiful. It's a great place for business travelers.

Great location on the river & easy walking distance to everything in Bilbao. Old Town & Guggenheim just 10 minutes away. Staff were very helpful & understood English as my Spanish was not great. My room was spacious, coffee machine fabulous, very quiet & perfect for me. Recommend.

Fantastic hotel , spotlessly clean and room cleaned with towels changed although we were only there for 2 nights . Breakfast was Fantastic, a great selection to choose from and ideally located not too far from the town. Staff were also lovely and friendly , very helpful .

The staff were pleasant and welcoming, and the breakfast was very good. The only slight drawback was the cleanliness of the room and bathroom upon our arrival. However, I would recommend this establishment.

Good location, you can get main sites by walk. Room is quite and clean, very comfortable bed and pillow. Breakfast is average. Omelette was cold and too salted. We ordered fried eggs, but it was full of oil. But if you don’t eat eggs- you will enjoy this breakfast.
