Compared to other hotels in the same price range, the facilities and services here are clearly superior. I stayed for 3 nights and had no regrets whatsoever; I'll definitely choose this place again next time. The room was so clean it practically shined, and the bedding was as soft as sleeping on a cloud. Plus, it had all the little extras like a smart toilet and a humidifier. If you like what you hear, come check it out!

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the room has excellent natural light, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The front desk service is warm and attentive, and the staff are very friendly. The location is also very convenient for getting around. Overall, the stay was superb and I highly recommend it! The front desk and manager were great; they even gave me a free room upgrade, and the service was excellent! Plus, it was very clean. I really liked it.

It was OK. We stayed during the ice festival period so alot of hotels were booked out in Harbin. The towels weren't the best. The hotel was in a really good location next to Wanda shopping mall. There is Dumpling King across the street. The hotel is close to the metro stop. The reception was helpful when we had issues with the hot water not lasting very long. It was large apartment type room. It has potential but it wouldn't be my first choice if returning to Harbin.

The location is very good, just over ten minutes' walk to the subway and airport line 1. The room was spacious and clean, and it was very comfortable to stay. However, the old-fashioned toilet in this room does not flush well, and the door is deformed and does not open and close smoothly. I hope it will be repaired.

I stayed in a room facing the street on the first day and I almost didn't sleep all night. The noise from the cars on the road never stopped. I moved to a room the next day and the noise was gone. The outdoor air conditioner roared like a tractor. Even if I turned it off, it still wouldn't stop. It's hot and humid, and you can still hear the noise from the air conditioner next door. Take a shower in the afternoon. The water is cold all the time. I asked the front desk and they told me to turn on the faucet of the wash basin and the shower faucet at the same time. The most puzzling thing is that in a chain hotel, the TV only has a poor quality. The number of stations is still vague. The master card, I really don’t know how it is managed. For so many years, the price of the enterprise has become higher and higher, and the management has become more and more inconsistent.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Civil Aviation Building (Airport Bus Line 1). You can take the airport bus to the airport. The front desk service is thoughtful, the room has been upgraded, the whole room looks warm, and the breakfast porridge is very warm. This hotel is an old five-star hotel with slightly old equipment and antique style. The cost-effectiveness of staying in the off-season is still relatively high. If I have the opportunity to come to Harbin, I will choose to stay here again.

Winter is the peak season in Harbin. I checked the reviews of the Mulshang Holiday Hotel and it was a good deal to use the coupon to deduct the room fee. I thought about returning to the hotel to sleep at night after traveling during the day, so I chose a fake room. Unexpectedly, the old bathroom in the room did not have dry and wet separation. When I opened the room, there was a smell of sewerage. I had to open the room to ventilate it for a while before entering. This was not good, but it was quite comfortable to sleep on the zero-pressure bed, and a simple breakfast was provided.

This was my first stay at Atour, and overall, I had a fantastic experience. The aromatherapy scent was lovely, the room layout was thoughtfully designed, the facilities felt high-quality, and they clearly put effort into their selections (the tea in the mini-fridge was delicious!). The room was also spotlessly clean. The large reading room was bathed in sunlight, and it's the first time I've seen a hotel curate its book collection with such care. The breakfast was varied but not overwhelmingly so, offering both Chinese and Western options that were fresh, tasty, and presented cleanly. The hotel's service was also excellent. We checked in late at night, and the front desk staff was energetic, efficient, professional, and very friendly. They even upgraded our room. In the morning, a staff member called to ask if we wanted to extend our stay, and when we said no, he thoughtfully added, 'No rush, check-out is at 2 PM…' If the hardware of a hotel is a necessity, then the quality of its service truly defines whether a hotel has a heart. My classmate always stayed here and consistently recommended it, but staying here myself, I now understand their fondness and trust in Atour. Staying at Atour feels like being cared for during your travels.
