The hotel is spotless and tidy. Their breakfast buffet is reliably good, offering a mix of Western and Chinese options, including freshly ground coffee, Western pastries, as well as local specialties like Harbin red sausage and various congees. Ingredients are fresh, and dishes are replenished promptly. The dining area is kept at a comfortable temperature with air conditioning, making for a clean and pleasant dining experience. All staff members are highly professional. The front desk patiently helped us plan our sightseeing routes, and the lobby staff were polite and friendly. All our requests were handled promptly, and their service was just right – enthusiastic without being overly formal, and very attentive. I would definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Harbin. Five stars, highly recommended!

The stay experience was great! The cleanliness of the room was full, the corners were spotless, and it looked particularly comfortable. The air conditioning and cooling are super fast, the temperature adjustment is very accurate, and the whole night sleeps particularly stable. Laundry needs to be changed, the laundry service efficiency is super high, the washing is neatly stacked and sent back, the texture is superb. The two room delivery was particularly timely, and it was delivered not long after the call. The staff was also very gentle. The whole experience was full and it must be five stars!

During the May Day holiday, I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Harbin International Exhibition Center with my child, and we were very satisfied. The location is excellent, the room is clean, and the front desk check-in was quick. The breakfast was incredibly rich, and the restaurant service was very enthusiastic. They offer both Chinese and Western dishes: freshly cooked wonton noodles and Harbin red sausage that costs dozens of yuan a catty outside. During the May Day holiday, they even had steak distribution, which was such great value! Plus, the front desk upgraded our room, and it was soundproofed. Highly recommend!

The service is attentive, the environment is OK, and the neighborhood is very convenient. There is a large bathhouse next door, and you can take a shower within two steps. It’s also convenient to go to Central Street, and you can get there with Didi for only ten yuan.

Because it is close to the place where I work, I choose this one over and over again. First of all, let’s talk about the advantages. The room is larger than the Home Inn where I stayed last time, and the decoration is not very outdated. There are many rooms. There are many shortcomings. I stayed in a room facing the street on the first day and I almost didn't sleep all night. The noise from the cars on the road never stopped. I moved to a room the next day and the noise was gone. The outdoor air conditioner roared like a tractor. Even if I turned it off, it still wouldn't stop. It's hot and humid, and you can still hear the noise from the air conditioner next door. Take a shower in the afternoon. The water is cold all the time. I asked the front desk and they told me to turn on the faucet of the wash basin and the shower faucet at the same time. The most puzzling thing is that in a chain hotel, the TV only has a poor quality. The number of stations is still vague. The master card, I really don’t know how it is managed. For so many years, the price of the enterprise has become higher and higher, and the management has become more and more inconsistent.

The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. The environment was elegant. It's very close to the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine, Songlei, and Lesong Plaza commercial districts. Transportation is convenient, and the location is excellent. It's a great choice for both leisure travel and business trips.

As a frequent business traveler, here's my honest feedback. We stayed for one night for a wedding, and as soon as we entered the room, there was a strange odor, very similar to body odor from foreign guests. After some thought, I don't believe that's what it was, and the hotel should investigate. Also, we accidentally left our charger behind when we checked out, and no one from the hotel called to inform us. I only found out today when I called housekeeping. The front desk said they don't call because they're too busy with so many forgotten items 😄. This is part of customer service. The service here doesn't even compare to a Ji Hotel, which really tarnishes the image of a star-rated hotel. I hope the hotel industry in Harbin strengthens its management and improves the quality of its service staff! Wishing you all the best.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Civil Aviation Building (Airport Bus Line 1). You can take the airport bus to the airport. The front desk service is thoughtful, the room has been upgraded, the whole room looks warm, and the breakfast porridge is very warm. This hotel is an old five-star hotel with slightly old equipment and antique style. The cost-effectiveness of staying in the off-season is still relatively high. If I have the opportunity to come to Harbin, I will choose to stay here again.

This was my first stay at Atour, and overall, I had a fantastic experience. The aromatherapy scent was lovely, the room layout was thoughtfully designed, the facilities felt high-quality, and they clearly put effort into their selections (the tea in the mini-fridge was delicious!). The room was also spotlessly clean. The large reading room was bathed in sunlight, and it's the first time I've seen a hotel curate its book collection with such care. The breakfast was varied but not overwhelmingly so, offering both Chinese and Western options that were fresh, tasty, and presented cleanly. The hotel's service was also excellent. We checked in late at night, and the front desk staff was energetic, efficient, professional, and very friendly. They even upgraded our room. In the morning, a staff member called to ask if we wanted to extend our stay, and when we said no, he thoughtfully added, 'No rush, check-out is at 2 PM…' If the hardware of a hotel is a necessity, then the quality of its service truly defines whether a hotel has a heart. My classmate always stayed here and consistently recommended it, but staying here myself, I now understand their fondness and trust in Atour. Staying at Atour feels like being cared for during your travels.
