Highly recommended, a solid five-star experience! The cleanliness was impeccable, every area spotless, which put me completely at ease. Service was incredibly responsive; even when I needed a charger in the middle of the night, it was delivered within minutes. The [specific breakfast dish] at breakfast was an absolute standout and instantly brightened my day. Whether you're traveling for business or with family, you absolutely can't go wrong with this place. I'm already planning to recommend it to all my friends.

This hotel is really great! First off, the location is excellent. It's directly across from the Cross-River Cableway Castle, right next to the Songhua River and Stalin Park, and very close to Central Street. Plus, there's a subway station right nearby, making transportation incredibly convenient. Secondly, the hotel facilities are complete, the bedding is comfortable, and they thoughtfully provide earplugs and humidifiers. The breakfast spread is abundant, and you can enjoy authentic Harbin local snacks and Russian cuisine. Thirdly, let's talk about the service – it's truly warm and attentive, making you feel right at home. The lobby walls are covered with small cards offering various Harbin travel tips, which you can take as needed. The staff's enthusiasm makes you feel like they want to give you the very best. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance of Saint Sophia Cathedral and Central Street, and offers its own parking, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. The housekeeping staff and front desk personnel were all gentle and polite, providing thoughtful daily service. For the price, the room's environment and cleanliness were certainly up to standard. However, the response time for facility repairs was too slow. The TV was out of order on our first day, and despite reporting it, no one came to fix it, so it remained unusable on the second day. While daily service is good, the efficiency of hardware repair requests needs improvement. I hope the hotel can speed up repair processing to enhance the guest experience.

They also have self-service laundry facilities, which is a huge plus. A big thank you to all the front desk staff and the lady who was responsible for checking the rooms. 2. **Fantastic location!** It's right next to Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral, just a traffic light away. 3. **Private parking available**, which is incredibly important. The Home Inn next door doesn't even have a car park. 4. **Newly renovated** with a well-designed room layout.

The room's location is excellent, with a pleasant fresh scent and a quiet environment – surprisingly so, even though it faces the street. The bed linen was clean and hygienic, and the housekeeping staff were always on call. The service staff were enthusiastic and proactive in greeting guests, and the front desk receptionists were so cheerful it almost made me feel shy. The transport links nearby are incredibly convenient! It's close to Toutong Shopping Mall, Saint Sophia Cathedral, Daoli Grand Market, and other attractions, so there's no need to drive. There are also plenty of great food options nearby. The room price isn't high, making it fantastic value for money!

The hotel service was absolutely top-notch! Before our arrival, they called to check on our booking, and upon hearing we had children and seniors, they kindly upgraded our room for free. They also sent us important notes and details about our benefits. They even helped us store refrigerated items for free – we had so many chilled and frozen things, it was almost embarrassing! 😂 The staff also assisted us with our luggage, which was a great help. The location couldn't be better. St. Sophia Cathedral and the Red Brick Morning Market are just a 10-minute walk away. There are only four parking spots, so I was lucky to snag one. Plus, there are free hot and cold drinks and snacks! Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. The room was a bit on the small side, but given the excellent location, it was bearable. The in-ceiling Bluetooth speaker was a bit of a bug though; it started playing a ”cat and mouse” sound while we were trying to sleep. After calling the front desk, a staff member came to fix it very quickly. Overall, it was a good stay, mainly because the service attitude was fantastic. Highly commendable!!

Bringing my daughter to Harbin, choosing the Licheng Longzhang Hotel (Central Street Sophia Church Branch) was such a wise decision! The location is superb, within walking distance to Central Street and St. Sophia Cathedral, making it super easy to explore and eat with a child. The front desk staff were incredibly warm; seeing we had a little one, they proactively offered a small gift – a cute Russian-style pendant and some candies. My daughter was jumping for joy when she got them, instantly boosting her fondness for Harbin! The room was clean and cozy, and the bedding was comfortable, so my daughter slept soundly. The service at this hotel was truly thoughtful and heartfelt, giving our parent-child trip a perfect start. Definitely five-star worthy!

This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in Harbin. The room was always warm, clean, and cozy, and the location is great. The breakfast was exceptional, too! Let's start with the pros: The hotel is right next to Sophia Square, and booking a superior city-view twin room offers a fantastic view of Saint Sophia Cathedral, especially beautiful at sunset! It's perfect for a family of three, as the hotel sets up the sofa bed in advance, and the two single beds can be pushed together to form a huge king-size bed. The room is very spacious, making it comfortable for three people. The Central Street is within walking distance from the hotel, and the Daoli Vegetable Market is directly opposite. It's also quite close to Metro Line 2, making transportation convenient. The front desk staff proactively adds guests on WeChat, so you can easily contact them with any questions, which is very handy. For a four-star hotel, the breakfast is quite extensive compared to others in its class, featuring sticky bean buns, Northeastern-style dipping vegetables, a rich variety of fruits, and even Mengniu boxed yogurt – excellent value for money. The hotel's complimentary afternoon tea with pastries, fruit, drinks, and coffee is a nice touch for a relaxing break after a day out. The 24-hour gym and self-service laundry room are very convenient; the laundry facilities are excellent, with washing and drying done in an hour, and you can even get phone reminders to collect your clothes. Now for the cons: The bathroom lacks a non-slip mat and shower slippers. Despite being quite large, there are no hooks for clothes or a drying line, and no trash can under the sink, which makes disposing of trash inconvenient. The only trash can in the entire room is under the desk by the window, which is very impractical. In terms of service, the facial tissues in the bathroom ran out after just one use upon check-in, indicating they weren't fully stocked beforehand. When I asked for a refill, I only received two rolls of toilet paper. Moreover, upon opening the tissue box, I found it to be very dirty, clearly not having been cleaned, and there was dust on the mirror, suggesting many overlooked hygiene spots. Also, there's no full-length mirror near the entrance, making it inconvenient to check my outfit before leaving each day. The biggest issue is that there are only two elevators, leading to excessively long wait times! Overall, it's still quite good, so I'd give it a 4.5 rating.
