"This hotel gave me the worst experience right from the moment I checked in. They absolutely refused to allow early check-in, and the check-in staff were extremely unfriendly. Furthermore, the staff at the lobby restaurant even spoke sarcastically. Water was not provided in the room except on the first day, and room cleaning was only offered in the mornings. Additionally, upon check-in, they demanded an additional payment, claiming they could not verify my payment history. I will never visit this place again."
