The hostess is very welcoming, the room is clean, warm, with shoes, the breakfast is good, a typical English breakfast, the hostess is very patient to let us choose. The overall environment is good. Parking is possible. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Baths

Lovely place and lovely people. Great customer service/care, great greeting, and what a lovely room, too. I loved everything about this place. Location is not the best (over the hill) but has great views of the city. Breakfast is good and the whole place gives you a cozy feeling that you'd like to stay at this lovely B&B more. Stayed for one night but would certainly choose this place if I get back to Bath again. Thanks.

Breakfast can choose a traditional English breakfast, very good, if you want to park, the owner has a permit to stop across the road, to add 5 pounds, check out in the morning to find the beauty in the kitchen. Google uses the zip code is not reliable, the postal code is behind the parking lot, 500 meters nearby, cross the road to go down, there is a big sainbury supermarket near the river, through the parking lot is the royal new moon, the location is good.

We booked this hotel last minute and we were delighted by the quality, location and service. The breakfast was cooked to order with high quality ingredients. It was wonderful to stay in such a beautiful Geirgian townhouse so close to the Abbey. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location was also very convenient, close to local shops and attractions, yet quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. Overall, this guesthouse offers comfort, warmth, and great hospitality. The hotel location is very convenient, just a few minutes walk from the train station, the hotel is on the edge of a bridge, under the bridge is a large street garden. The Roman Baths and Bath Cathedral are very close and within walking distance. But the hotel is a long time ago, there is no elevator, you need to walk upstairs by yourself, it should not be difficult if you do not mention the large suitcase. The triple room we ordered was three beds, estimated to be 80-90 cm wide. It was relatively small. The room was rudimentary, but it was clean and the bathroom was large. It was basically about the size of a triple room with a bathtub. Spencer always thought of taking a bath, and the hotel thoughtfully thought about it. Breakfast was good too.
