"The cloud hotel has convenient transportation, the room is clean and tidy, and the front desk service is warm and thoughtful. The shower room I originally booked in the superior double room has no door and no water. The front desk staff immediately upgraded the twin room with a door for free, reflecting the enthusiasm and sincerity of Shandong Pingdu people.
