"The location is perfect, walking distance to shopping malls, lots of restaurants, and parks. Room space is also great, big enough to host several visitors. But, the AC was not working during our 3 day stay, and no improvement at all after we complained to the front dest for several times. The beddings look fine, carpets are full of stains.  The hotel comes with free pool and gym, which is rare in the area, and is a great plus to our stay."

"Let me upgrade and say there is no room. After I arrived at the room, I found that it was not clean and changed to a room. Anyway, the front desk service is also very free to do what you want. I don’t want to give a bad review, but I can’t give a full score."

"Let me talk about the service first. We were traveling with a three-month-old baby, so we had a lot of luggage. When we arrived at the hotel, the ladies at the front desk came out immediately to help us with the luggage and delivered it to our room. They were always smiling and served us, which made us feel very friendly. Let me say more The environment and the room are very good, very big and clean. There are fruits on the table. The stay experience is very good and the sleep is very comfortable. The hotel as a whole is also very artistic. The garden, the bridge and the pavilion are all very beautiful. In short, I was very satisfied with my stay. I am very grateful to the ladies at the front desk. I hope the hotel will get better and better. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance in the future."

"Check in and check out was easy. Staff were helpful and found ways around the language barrier. I was in town for the half marathon so only had a light breakfast but there was plenty to eat. There was a slight smell of stale cigarette but it was not so much that it impacted on the stay. The room met my needs and was very comfortable. There is a great park to walk or run around very close. A taxi is necessary to get to town or find a wider range of food options. I ate at the mirage which was a hot pot restaurant and this was a pleasant experience."
