"I have stayed at Huaxi Hotel three times, and I don’t need to say more about it. This time I mainly came with my wife to celebrate the New Year. The picture is of the breakfast room and breakfast. The hotel specially prepared a New Year's Eve buffet dinner for the New Year. In addition to sumptuous seafood, it also served hot pot, which was good. "Check in and check out was easy. Staff were helpful and found ways around the language barrier. I was in town for the half marathon so only had a light breakfast but there was plenty to eat. There was a slight smell of stale cigarette but it was not so much that it impacted on the stay. The room met my needs and was very comfortable. There is a great park to walk or run around very close. A taxi is necessary to get to town or find a wider range of food options. I ate at the mirage which was a hot pot restaurant and this was a pleasant experience."

"It's a very good hotel. The lobby has a big space and the light aroma smells good. Liu Tong at the front desk was enthusiastic and helped us check in. He also gave us mineral water after check-in. The room layout is reasonable. The bathroom has separated dry and wet sheets. The quilt cover is clean and comfortable. The aunties and masters who clean the floors are also very helpful. They were very enthusiastic and gave us water when cleaning, reminding us to drink more water in hot weather. The mattresses are also very good. The big windows have a good view. In the morning, when you open the curtains and see the hotel's large courtyard, you will feel very good. The breakfast has many varieties and special garlic dumplings. The store is really nice. It’s better than the newly opened hotel next to it. All the services are great."

This business trip to choose Home Inn Bo·Cloud Hotel completely subverted my stereotype of traditional budget hotels, which can be said to be a perfect experience of value for money.

The hotel is located near the transportation hub, both the subway station and the bus station are within walking distance, which saves a lot of commute time for business people like me who need to travel around. Secondly, the stay experience is warm and comfortable. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was attracted by the design sense of its ”cloud” series. It was no longer the same rigid decoration, but it was integrated with more modern, simple and artistic elements, which made people shine. The service of the front desk staff is even more commendable. The check-in is efficient and fast. There is always a warm smile on the face. I take the initiative to greet and patiently answer my questions. This feeling of being at home starts from the first step.
Most importantly, the room experience far exceeded expectations. Pushing the door open, the room was clean and tidy, without any smell. The bedding is what I want to focus on. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the support is very good. It is accompanied by high-quality duvets and pillows. Let me, the person who recognizes the bed all year round, feel energetic the next day. Budget hotels are mainly about price and cleanliness, and I was surprised by the excellent service. The hotel facilities are complete, with a restaurant, laundry room, and ironing room. Just tell the front desk and they'll come right away. The breakfast was also quite good, with a wide variety of options, indistinguishable from the breakfast at the Ji Hotel for 35 yuan.

The front desk clerk enthusiastically recommended some restaurants nearby and even drew a hand-drawn map for me. As a result, I was a bit busy at lunch time. To my surprise, the front desk manager Jiang Jiang knocked on my door and brought me food. He told me that it was made by their restaurant and I could eat it without worry. This move warmed my heart. I have been traveling for so long and have never encountered such hotel service. It is really great.
