Hotel near Huamao Place/Kaisa Plaza,Huizhou
The Pullman Huizhou Kaisa provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Pullman Huizhou Kaisa offers a pleasant stay in Huizhou for those traveling for business or leisure. The hotel is only 1km from Yunshan Railway Station and 27km from Huizhou Pingtan Airport, giving guests a number of convenient transportation options. Seeing Huizhou's sights from this hotel is easy with Beihu Park, Huizhou Culture and Art Center and Huizhou Science and Technology Museum all close by. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. This Huizhou hotel provides parking on site. If you are looking for a convenient place to stay, our guests have told us that this location is excellent. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling on business.

"Traveling during the off-peak season in March, I looked at many local hotels and finally chose Pullman. I also scrolled through the reviews and still recognized the quality and service of the Accor Group. Here are a few points: When we arrived at the lobby on March 26th, a tall, bespectacled young man at the entrance helped open the door. Upon seeing our luggage, he proactively helped us with our suitcases and guided us to the front desk very professionally. After checking in, he led us to the elevator area, explaining the locations of the hotel's dining areas, pool, and mall, and even escorted us to the 52nd floor. I'm also very grateful to the cleaning lady on duty the next day. I told her when we'd be out for a meal, and she came exactly at that time, not disturbing us at all. When we asked for a clothes rack, and they were all borrowed, she specially got a standing clothes dryer from the laundry room for us. Lastly, there's the gentleman my husband mentioned in the pool changing room. Seeing that we were tourists, he specifically told us about the swimwear spinner dryer available for use. Every single staff member at Pullman is dedicated to their work. However, the downside is that the fragrance in the public areas is a bit too sweet, similar to the scent of Givenchy PLAY. Secondly, the breakfast buffet is on the simpler side, just decent, not particularly extensive. But these minor flaws don't detract from the overall excellent experience. Best wishes for your business!"

"Selected a room with a lake view (a bit more expensive) and gave me a pool view as a result? All kinds of doubts. There are no other good options for breakfast except soup powder. I chose this hotel since it was closer to my friend's residence. I can't think of any advantages other than the quieter surroundings. It is said that there is a shopping mall downstairs, but I didn't go."

Hotel near Zhonghai Huizhou Tangquan/Milleflore Resort,Huizhou
The hotel is located in Xiaojinkou, Huicheng District, Huizhou City, covering an area of about 1.7 square kilometers, surrounded by mountains and rivers, sitting on the unique natural landscape of "one spring, one lake, two rivers and five mountains", surrounded by streams, waterfalls, mountain streams, terraced fields and clear water. Since the Song Dynasty, the literati and writers of the past dynasties have followed the traces, the great writer Su Dongpo is the three visits to the soup spring, and the cliff stone carving of Jiulong Lake still retains his famous sentence "the dream of nine clouds in the chest". The hotel integrates hot springs, guest rooms, catering, conferences, fitness, etc., and is known as "Asia's most beautiful multi-room hotel".

"Considering the nearly 2000 RMB per night price tag, my overall stay experience was just average, primarily due to several issues I encountered starting from check-in: Firstly, the two front desk staff members seemed unprofessional. When I asked if breakfast could be delivered to the room, they replied with vague answers like 'I'm not sure, I don't really know, maybe not.' Secondly, when I inquired about the SPA environment – whether it was indoors or outdoors – their response was equally unclear and hesitant. They simply handed me a price list. The brochure clearly showed a beautiful outdoor setting, so I asked if the actual environment was like that, outdoors. They said they weren't sure. I had planned to pay for a SPA session with my mother that evening, which is why I asked specific questions. Thirdly, regarding the golf cart service: before I even got on the cart, the staff member didn't ask but rather told me directly, 'I'll take you to drive your car closer to your room, it's very near there, it will be more convenient for you to drive.' My initial thought was that as a guest, I didn't want to drive, and if there's a golf cart service, I should be able to use it to get around other areas within the hotel. So I countered, 'Can I just be driven by a golf cart within the hotel?' He said yes, but still kept pushing me to drive my car to my room. I directly refused. When we arrived at the corridor outside our room, he just said 'here it is' and didn't get off to tell us which specific room it was. It was almost 7 PM, already dark, and the lighting in the area was generally dim. He just stayed in the car and said, 'It's the door on the left once you go in,' and then left. I felt very underserved. Fourthly, since we checked in late at night, the lights in our room hadn't been turned on beforehand, although the hot spring water and air conditioning were ready, which was good. However, because there were no lights on and no one guided us, opening the door wasn't easy, and finding the light switches was also a hassle. I suggest having a staff member accompany guests to assist with these things, especially for first-time guests checking in at night. Fifthly, for a stay at this price point, I felt the amenities and details, usually found in four or five-star service, were lacking: a. Disposable toilet seat covers should be provided. b. Disposable bathtub covers should be provided. c. A foot-wiping mat should be placed at the bathroom entrance. Sixthly, we stayed in room 6503, a private villa with a hot spring pool in the courtyard, offering good privacy. Guests choosing a private hot spring room usually prioritize privacy. However, directly opposite the hot spring pool area were three open-work windows, facing a walkway that guests arriving at the hotel must use to get to their rooms. I recommend adding privacy blinds. Seventhly, I called the front desk between 7:30 PM and 8:00 PM to book a 9:30 PM SPA service, which is an additional paid service. The first call was transferred to another front desk. When booking with the second front desk, after providing my room number, they asked for my phone number. To protect my privacy, I asked if the room number was sufficient, and they said yes. I booked for 9:30 PM. However, when I arrived at the SPA reception on the first floor half an hour early and asked if I could start earlier, the two receptionists seemed very surprised and asked, 'Wasn't that you who just went up? You also booked for 9:30 and said you arrived early, we thought you had already been taken up.' Of course, if they had simply told me I had to wait until 9:30 PM because I was early, I would have understood. But the front desk clearly didn't handle customer booking information effectively. There were management loopholes starting from the phone booking process, such as confirming room numbers, confirming guests' surnames. Furthermore, there were only two therapists for the SPA. If two groups of customers booked for 9:30 PM simultaneously, that's also unreasonable. Additionally, the SPA front desk staff on the first floor had a rather poor attitude. On a positive note, the SPA therapists' techniques were excellent. Separately, I would like to commend the dinner at Dongpo Pavilion. The food was served quickly and tasted good. When I dropped my chopsticks, a staff member replaced them within two seconds. The only downside was the large number of mosquitoes, but the staff promptly provided two types of mosquito coils and mosquito repellent, which solved the problem. Overall, the soft services need significant improvement; they are comparable to a three-star hotel. The hardware facilities are matching, and the hotel's garden environment and layout have a good ambiance. However, no matter how much money is spent on hardware, without matching soft services, it will still fail to retain repeat customers."

"I have been choosing it for a long time and it has lived up to the amount of food I spent on it! The housekeeper called in advance to confirm the arrival time. Because the front desk was a little far away from the B&B, the housekeeper told us that we could go directly to the room to check in, which was very considerate. Any problems during the check-in process were responded to and resolved immediately. The master bedroom and living room are connected to a large balcony, facing the sea, which is so comfortable. Just downstairs is the beach. The children dug in the sand for several hours. Happy! If you order takeout for breakfast, it is recommended** The merchants have more choices than Ele.me. For lunch and dinner, there are many seafood restaurants nearby. We ate at the No. 66 chain. The dishes were not big but they were really delicious! Perfect weekend. Will come again if I have the chance!"

Hotel near Yanzishan Hot Spring Resort/Sanhe Square,Huizhou
The hotel is located in the ecological core area at the intersection of Huizhou, Shenzhen, and Dongguan, just a 15-minute drive from the Dashi Exit of the Shenhai Expressway, a 20-minute drive from Huizhou Railway Station on the Xiamen-Shenzhen High-Speed Rail, and a 40-minute drive from Huizhou Airport. It is approximately one hour's drive from the city centers of Shenzhen and Dongguan, falling within the "Three Cities" one-hour economic circle. With its unparalleled geographical location, embraced by mountains and surrounded by picturesque scenery, the area boasts an 80% forest coverage rate and is renowned as a natural oxygen bar.

"The hotel is built into the mountainside, with the hot springs area conveniently located right behind it. The Shu Yan rooms are on higher floors, which I recommend choosing. The hotel is quite new, but the facilities aren't fully developed yet; it doesn't quite have that five-star feel. There's a coffee shop downstairs and a restaurant. The ”Nine Bowls” restaurant charges 48 per person for a set menu served in individual bowls, which wasn't bad, but I think it's more of a try-it-once experience. Across from the hotel, an ecological park is under construction. Once it's finished, there should be more to do around here. You can also visit Ye Ting's former residence, and it's not far from Danshui Ancient City, perfect for a city walk. The hotel's hygiene is good, and the complimentary mini-bar drinks are a nice touch, with several Cokes, Sprites, and beers. The instant coffee is from Luckin Coffee (drip bags). The toilet is temperature-controlled and automatically flushes. The hot spring rooms have a private soaking tub on the balcony, which is great. You can draw the curtain for privacy. My kids reported that a few of the pools in the hot springs area had a urine smell, and there aren't many unique pools – mostly just clear water. This is a definite drawback. I hope they'll improve these aspects. Overall, it's decent."

Hotel near Yanzishan Hot Spring Resort/Sanhe Square,Huizhou
"The villa's room environment and facilities exceeded our expectations. Both the room and the garden were spacious, providing plenty of entertainment for the kids even without going to the hot spring area. We could also barbecue in the yard, and the ingredients were delivered directly to our room. The 188 RMB barbecue set was enough for our family of four, thumbs up! 👍 There were also complimentary drinks and beer in the fridge. Grilling in the yard with drinks while the kids played in the water was quite pleasant. The hotel restaurant also offered great value for money, and breakfast was good too. Everyone in the family was very satisfied. We'll definitely come back for a second visit. There was a minor hiccup though. When we first arrived, our room wasn't ready. We wanted to take the kids to the hot spring area to play in the water, and I clearly stated that the adults wouldn't be using the hot springs. However, the female staff member at the entrance to the hot spring area was really annoying. My child had just turned 1.2 meters, and at all the other resorts we've visited, they've been very understanding and allowed children in. This staff member, with a sarcastic tone, said it was 'common sense'. Do I not know hotel procedures after visiting so many resorts? When adults clearly state they won't change clothes or use the baths and are just supervising their children, most places wouldn't require you to buy another hot spring ticket."

"When I booked the room, I thought it was a four-star hotel. But when I entered the room, I found that the facilities were similar to those of an ordinary B&B. I checked in at around 5pm. The floor of the room and bathroom was full of water, which felt terrible. There was no first-line sea view either, and the hotel was more than ten minutes' walk from the beach."
