"Staff were friendly and the ammenities and hire was great. The location is also amazing. However the rooms are small and they don’t provide room cleaning service included in the hotel stay. The hotel is on the average side and more a 3 star hotel. My hot water stopped working during the middle of the night. The pool and ammenities are amazing and it is a very family friendly environment."

"If you're looking for fancy, this is not your place. The room was very basic, but had everything we needed for a weekend away. For a simple getaway, this place is great. Directly across the road from the beach entrance. You can be from your room to your feet in the sand in less than 5 mins. You can hear the waves, which we love, but also it's surprisingly quiet with the door closed. Aircon is super efficient. Bed was very comfy, bath tub was great, room was really roomy. The bathroom vanity tap was a bit wonky and spat the water out but we managed fine. We stayed in room 1B which is at the front of the building. We put the outdoor chairs into the rock garden to enjoy the beach view. There was also a table just outside the complex door where we sat for a sunset drink and dinner, for a broader, uninterrupted view of the beach. Staff were friendly, there's undercover secure parking and there are restaurants, cafes, shops just a few steps away."

"Everything was amazing here, the owners are lovely and will explain everything you need to know. Parking is undercover and only entry through the room key which is very safe. The apartment was amazing as well it was a great place to come for a weekend to relax and enjoy a holiday. Would definitely stay here again. !!!!!"

"We spent 2 nights here in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor overlooking Coolum Beach... Very happy with the room was very clean and spacious and comfortable... The kids had a great time in the pool... Our bed and pillows could have been a bit more comfortable and the fridge smelled like fish from last guests... Only minor complaints, overall we had a lovely time here and you couldn't ask for a better location... Highly recommend a stay here.."

"Really lovely owner, he even offered to drop us to the airport for free. The place is super clean, had a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Has a tv, very comfy beds and really close to the airport as well as a 2 min walk to the beach which is across the road. Plenty of cafe and restaurants within walking distance too"

"The hotel is some years old, but the facilities are clean and tidy. The seaside scenery is unobstructed and the balcony is large. It is very convenient to eat a shopping cart line for 5 minutes."

"The room is comfortable, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room and 2 bathrooms, can accommodate 4 people fully equipped, outside the courtyard is a warm water pool, there is an exclusive parking space. There are restaurants, bars and Chinese food nearby. Walk to the beach in about 10 minutes, and there are shopping shops such as Coles within a 10-minute drive, suitable for family vacations."
