"The hotel offers a good variety for breakfast, but the taste leaves much to be desired. For example, the fried rice and noodles lacked egg and only contained frozen vegetables. The hot congee and natural honey were among the few highlights. Despite being open for over four years, the hotel rooms and public area corridors still have that 'new hotel smell,' likely due to the lack of windows for ventilation, relying solely on central air conditioning. The pool had no lifeguard, and when I went for a swim, many children were diving in without their guardians stopping them. I promptly left this potentially dangerous area. Sure enough, a short while later, one boy hurt his toe while diving and was taken out of the pool by his mother, who then rode the same elevator as me. The hotel doesn't offer bellhop service, so I had to push my own luggage cart between the front desk and my room. Hana at the front desk was professional and a great conversationalist. The front desk manager, Ron, on the other hand, seemed to lack a smile; based on my observations over two days, he maintained the same expression throughout."

"The bathroom was disgusting with hairs and scum in corners and beside toilet. The basin was cracked and chipped. The curtain had a cigarette burn. The whole room stunk of a sickly and cigarette smoke. The smell of past smokers came up into the bed from the pillows and mattress. It was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in my 65 years of travel anywhere in the world. But the receptionist was very lovely and helpful in reception and the cabaret. The staff in the cabaret were amazing and served the dinner so fast to a room full of people. The food was nice. Only problem was the management shut 1 of the two bars and took 3 of the 4 staff off them to serve the dinner. So one bar had a very long queue while this was happening. Then once the show only crowd were let in the place was extremely overcrowded. I wonder if that many were legal."

"We booked two rooms for two nights. We enjoyed our stay, good service, clean and close to where we had to go. Great food available only minutes away. Only complaint is that we had very poor internet in both rooms and charging points did not work in either room. Other than that we are very happy with our stay."

"Temporarily decided to find a hotel near Boxhill at night, the owner was not there, and instructed me to check in easily and upgraded, very happy. The rooms are large and have heating."
