"The hotel is right next to the train station. While it takes a five-minute train ride to Bern, trains run frequently, and buses and trams are also available, making transportation convenient. There's a small supermarket downstairs, and a larger supermarket is also nearby. The hotel's cleanliness is acceptable. Communicating with staff involves WhatsApp, and unlocking the front and room doors requires online apps, so your phone must be charged and connected to the internet."

"The hotel is very conveniently located, and most of Bern's famous attractions can be reached on foot. The hotel also thoughtfully prepared a day ticket for Bern's public transportation, which can be used unlimited times. The room was spacious and the scenery outside the window was beautiful. The reception was polite and enthusiastic. The guy who helped drive the car out also put two bottles of drinking water in the car. It was thoughtful."

"Amazing place, kitchen has everything, microwave, salt and pepper (just no oil) utensils and cooking equipment is all in good condition. Only downside is there’s no air conditioning, but the staffs were nice enough to provide me a fan to put in the room. Appreciate the friendly staffs for helping me with the check in process and i was able to check in early thankfully."

"The hotel staff is very polite and good at preparing the room on time. The environment is comfortable and there are basic toilet supplies for independent toilets. I think the only fly in the ointment is that the location of the hotel is a bit difficult to find. 😂 A little distance from the bus station, is in the middle of the two bus stops. And the room package breakfast is also delicious 😋"

"Contactless check-in is incredibly convenient. After successfully checking in via mobile, you can simply swipe on the relevant screens to open the hotel entrance, room door, and luggage room. Located in the old town, the hotel appears newly renovated, and the rooms are modern, clean, and tidy. The best part is the common area on the second floor, which features a shared kitchen with free coffee, tea, and hot milk, as well as a small theater. Many guests prepare their own breakfast and dinner here, enjoying the quiet atmosphere at the long dining table. The rooftop terrace offers stunning views of Bern at night, making it a delightful evening experience while enjoying a drink. Staff are always available in the common area on the second floor to assist guests. The restrooms have free washing machines and dryers. On check-out day, guests can store their luggage in the luggage room free of charge until 6:00 PM. The room door locks, and luggage can also be locked, providing a very secure and thoughtful experience. There's also a popular Western restaurant downstairs. Reservations are recommended in advance. The hotel exceeded all expectations during our trip to Switzerland, considering its location, price, modernity, quietness, and cleanliness."

"From arrival it felt I was judged as I just came for hike and now in my going out clothes. 3am footsteps above ere so pound kept me awake, moving at that time caused me anxiety so I tried putting my headphones in. 7am it started again. I came to check out and mentioned it and basically was told off my the male reception most for not coming to them and then asked for city tax. Customer care was zero! I was tired and upset and all I got was rudeness. At 3am I don’t want to be moving room. I hasn’t asked for a refund. Maybe a coffee or a wave of the city tax would have been nice rather that this lack of regard. Never ever will I stay here again and I would highly appreciate a chat with the manager as I am not happy about this treatment."

"Room is cozy and lovely plus very clean. Staff was helpful. Great location have tram station just in front of the hotel. Nearby old town is a minute away. I have a good stay here, recommend."

"Hotel is just beside the train station. All attractions is within walking distance. There is a supermarket nearby and shipping mall. They also provide free local transport during our stay."

"The space was much bigger than I expected and very clean. For the price, it offered incredible value for money compared to other places I've stayed in Europe. There's also a sparkling water and hot water dispenser, and a common room. Overall, I had a very positive experience. Transportation: The only potential drawback is that reaching the train station requires two transfers, as there's no direct route. The journey, including transfers, takes approximately 25 minutes. Apparently, road construction over the past few months has caused the originally direct routes to be diverted, and it seems these roadworks won't conclude until the end of 2025. When I made my booking, the construction hadn't started, and I only became aware of it upon arrival. If this is a concern for you, I recommend checking Google Maps when you book to confirm whether the roadworks have finished."

"The front desk staff were all friendly and left a good impression. At first glance, it looked more like an ordinary private home than a hotel, but considering the location it was relatively easy to find and I didn't have to wander around looking for it. The rooms were clean and safety was well ensured. If I had to point out a drawback, it would be that the shower and toilet were shared. I happened to be in a room next to them so it wasn't too inconvenient. Looking out the window with a small balcony gave me a sense of calm.
