Find 3-Star Hotels in Bern

I stayed one night here on my way from Paris to Interlaken. I booked it at the last minute, so I didn't have high expectations, but it turned out to be the best place to stay on my trip! First of all, everything was spotless, and there was nothing lacking. The room amenities were sufficient, and they even provided a water bottle, backpack, and umbrella for use during my stay. Breakfast was included free of charge, and there were about four kinds of cheese. It's close to Bern station, the area is safe, and all the reception staff were friendly and helpful, making for a very comfortable stay. If I ever come back to Bern, I will definitely choose this place again!

Very pleasant stay experience, the room is clean and quiet, although the old house facilities are simple, the details are well maintained, the bedding is very soft and comfortable, the bathroom is very clean, there is a tram nearby to go directly to the old town attractions. The boss was very enthusiastic and took the map to help us introduce the most suitable tour route, saving our time. Breakfast is traditional European, the freshly baked croissants are crispy with coffee, there are interesting colored eggs, and the ladies in the restaurant are also very careful. It is recommended to check in in advance, Europe's working hours are not 24 hours. The last day of breakfast remembers the wrong time, when we went to breakfast, we started to receive the meal, or let us take the bread to eat on the road. Promised to write a review for the boss, I hope he can understand Chinese.

Location is superb,near by train station. Good welcoming staff on reception. Overall excellent service with positive attitude.

Location was great. The train station at your doorstep. Staff were helpful. I voiced my concern about heating and a light that was blinking and all concerns were addressed quickly. All in all, a great stay and staff were well trained and based on my conversations with them, they had been working there for a long time, hence the knowledge and level of service. One thing though, is that the lighting in the room could be improved; that would be really helpful for those coming on business trips and working on their laptops.

place are in center of bern. everything is nearby and walking distance , can save more pennies . you dont need an cab at all. railways is next, even beautiful viewpoint is just 10 mins walk. the clock tower just 5 mins walk. and so easy to check in. all is just on ur mobile phone apps. happy with my stay. with our spacious room. i dont have proper photos. since we have early check out. but is looks way more bigger than picture. can accomodate even 5 person in bed . it says double but i think both bed are queen size. 🤣🥰❤️ so comfy bed too.

在攜程預留的民宿電話是錯的，在我們抵達時一直聯繫不上，到處找電話耽誤了很久！民宿也沒有發密碼，而是發郵件讓登記證件…攜程也沒有提醒讓登記，導致一直兜兜轉轉不知道怎麼聯繫上民宿進去，體驗感很差！！搞了快兩小時才進去！！！

There are not many overall attractions in Bourne, but the hotel can be reached on foot. 5, because there is a Swiss pass we do not have a bus card for Bourne, so the hotel does not charge us tax, but there is no guarantee that friends after the same. 6, the room is very quiet, not facing the street Finally, most importantly, the hotel presented fruit, biscuits, capsule coffee and drinking water. It must be praised for taking people's things. Haha, this trip is the best!

Amenities are only hand soap (it says that they can also be used as body soap and shampoo), so you need to bring it yourself. Tram 3A is closer to the station to the hotel. Bus 10 and tram 3A are also a little far from the station, so be careful. A free ticket email for Bern was sent about the day before. Download the app. It was very good. Be careful because there is no refrigerator, no kettle, no coffee. There is a coop about 5 minutes walk.

I booked the most basic room. I thought it would be small before I checked in, but it was perfectly adequate. Transportation is also very convenient. The hotel is connected to the train station via bus number 10 and the 3A bus, which is only a 5-minute walk away. The service was excellent, with free coffee and tea. There was also free drinking water in the hallway. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and very clean. It was even better than the Marriott I stayed at in Barcelona!
